I'm on my second jar of the Serafina. I prefer it over Uro. I am post menopausal and needed something to help keep my ph in balance. I only take 2 per day, versus the recommended 3 capsules. It works great. In addition, this brand helps with hormonal balance, digestive health, immunity, urinary health, and even complexion. I hope I never have to be without it. Highly recommended.

honestly I don't think this helped me at all, i honestly think it made it worse, I did it for a couple of months and i went to my OB and she gave me something else that worked way better within a week

My daughter in law turned me on to this amazing product. I was having so many issues with hormones and menopause I was desperate to find something b to help me get through my days and nights. Within a couple of weeks I felt so good and my hot flashes were not as bad. My hormonal balance was better I had no issues like I did before . I definitely notice a change and improvement and it does what it says. It’s great to restore hormone imbalances and I definitely feel everything is working better down you know where and my mood swings have definitely improved. I guess I thought by it restoring my hormones I would just have this burst of energy all of a sudden but I don’t.

I have now finished my "trail period" and gullibly had some high expectations. Compared to other brands these are just not worth the price. The products did not cause any negative physical reaction and it was easy to ingest for my sensitive system. over 60 days and two cycles I did not experience anything recommendation worthy. Unlike other brand where a couple weeks in especially around my cycle a significant difference could be noted at half the investment.
