I love this. I misplaced my son's from the orthodontics and they was going to charge me $50 for a new one. I read the reviews for this one and I ordered it. I love it, works just like the one I misplaced and I get 3 of them.

Great quality and durability. So much better than what the orthodontist gave my kid.

The metal wire piece isn't fixed into the plastic handle. Which helps to position it the angle you want...but if the expander is stiff like ours, the wire will move as you apply resistance to turn the expanders center mechanism. It still sort of works, but it would be nice if the metal wire key was in a fixed position on the plastic handle. You get three in the order, so it would be best if all 3 were just at 3 different fixed positions.

Works amazingly for adjusting my daughter’s expander. Was super easy to use and works just as well as the one we received from the orthodontist. It’s a decent size and has held up well.

These were so flimsy we had to throw them away.

This is the tool to use for expanders. It's great having several around the house so that we can find them even if my son loses his one in his bathroom. These work well and do exactly what we need them to do.

Unless the ones from your orthodontist look just like these, you’ll want to get these!! Soooo much easier to use. The hook stays in place when you need it and removes easily from the expander when you’re done. No more gagging, crying, you name it. All gone!!And don’t throw these away until you’re absolutely sure you’re done needing them. We had to hunt them down again when we had to do some more turns after we thought we were done.
