Just a real nice coffee maker!
This is our 2nd unit over the years and it’s the best yet. The improved design of the carafe is spot on . No more dripping when you pour.We also like the convenience of the pot or K cup feature. I think the coffee turns out a little hotter too, which I like since I use creamer.With an attractive design and ease of use it’s a winner!

very convenient
Our original Keurig finally took a crap and we were on the prowl for another. I decided to replace my bun coffee maker that set next to the Keurig with a all-in-one. I really like the 72 oz size of the water holder will make a full pot of coffee without having to fill the coffee pot up and pour it in. I also like the timer to have the coffee ready when I wake up. It is a definite space saver that uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. I haven't used the ice coffee because I think iced coffee is gross but that's just not my cup of tea pun intended. This was a Black Friday deal and it was an excellent value for the price I got it. The coffee from Brown's actually tastes better than out of my bun. The K-Cup has different size cups as they all do and the K-Cup coffee turns out great and just like my old one. I just hope this one lasts as long because I would hate to lose the K-Cup capabilities and keep it around because the coffee pot makes ground coffee so well.

Great water capacity and fast brewing machine
I love it, but I hate having to hold the brew button to reset it after every cup. It's annoying to have to hold the "K" button for 4 seconds after each pod has finished. Other than that it is a good machine.

My favorite coffee maker I've ever owned
It brews the whole pot quite quickly and strongly. Uses way less coffee than my previous coffee makers. The heating plate also keeps the coffee fresh brewed hot and doesn't burn the coffee. The pod side works great too. With a Folgers black silk pod I can get up to 18 oz in one cup before it begins to taste too weak. I have no complaints about this unit and highly recommend to anyone.

small scraps but good machine
I got it next day, so it came super fast (thanks amazon) I have ocd and it has some scraps on it out the box which annoys me but won’t keep it from working properly. I got a reusable coffee filter so I could use it straight away. Having my first cup now and am so far pleased with quality, taste, noise level and speed. I got this version because I had a single cup brewer and it kept getting mold in the cracks of the water reservoir and it’s too hard to clean. I like the ease of cleaning this tank and how much more water it holds.

MORE, Continuous issues, only 30 days old, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!
I bought this on Jan 2 and have been using it for only 24 days. Today I continued to get a "add water" message (with a full tank) and "error 8" message followed by "dry". I cleaned the tank and re-filled several times and unplugged the machine to re-set it as online has indicated. I was finally able to get the machine to brew. Mind you this is a brand new machine and after 24 days has issues. I use filtered water so this should not be an issue. I have notified Keurig to see if there are solutions to fix these issues. I will keep this rating updated, but use caution when purchasing this machine.EDIT: So I have been able to get the coffee machine to work once again. After getting errors, I unplugged the machine for a period of time, flushed out the water tank, and plugged it back in with fresh water. I was able to get it to function normally for the past several days. I use the timer and it have brewed coffee without issue for a few days. The single use side is functioning normally. Don't know if unplugging it reset whatever chip is inside but it works for now. If it continues to function normally over the next few months I will change my star rating. For now, I am skeptical of long term use.02/08/25 UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!! I experienced same issues as listed about. Tried to repeat the "fix" three times without success. Contacted Keurig, but I am not optimistic I will receive a full refund. Amazon also closed my ability for a return on 02/01/2025, so I now can ONLY DEAL WITH KEURIG. If I could give zero stars I would.02/28/25 ANOTHER UPDATE: Was able to finally get Keurig to send me another machine on 02/16/25. On 02/28/25, I received the new machine. Unpacked and carefully followed the directions to the "T". Plugged in the machine as directed and it failed to turn on. Tried a different outlet, nothing. Tried another machine and it powered up without issues. Not an outlet problem. It was clearly a machine problem walked around the house trying the machine on various outlets, nothing. Called Keurig and they ran through troubleshooting, nothing. Machine DEAD ON ARRIVAL. They tried to tell me since this was a warranty replacement machine, it no longer was subject to warranty. EVEN THOUGH THIS MACHINE WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I was able maintain my composure and convince Keurig to send me another machine, which will be here in 7-14 days. Stay tuned folks! BTW way, my first machine still has the above issues and continues to periodically stop working, then work, then not work... I would love to have my money back, but Keuring rather spend more money on shipping and returns than refund my purchase price. Come on Keurig, you can do better.EDIT: 04/20/25, ANOTHER UPDATE. Since my last update on 02/28/25, I received a third replacement machine from Keurig to replace the dead one. Got #3 all set up on 03/03/25 and ready to go and it worked until 03/28/25, exactly 25 days, then I got the dreaded "add water" and "error 8" message. Called Keuring and asked for a refund, but they still refuse since I bought it from Amazon. Asked to get another comparable machine, which they didn't have in stock (UGH). Ordered #4 replacement. On April 3, 2025, #4 replacement machine arrived. Got #4 all set up and on 04/20/25, it stopped working like the others. This one only lasted 17 days.

Worth the extra money!
I absolutely love this Keurig duo coffee maker. My most recent purchase of another brand that was about half this price point didn’t even last me for two years. I had experience with a Keurig single maker in the past and felt this extra cost was probably worth it.The coffee maker came packaged really well for product safety. It came with easy to follow instructions for startup and programming. I use the full pot every 2 to 3 days to make my own iced coffee at home and we use the singles for hot coffee. I am amazed at how quickly the singles Are brewed and they are very hot. I haven’t even tried the extra hot function yet because it’s all already very hot.Even though I brew a full pot for iced coffee, I have tried the cold brew function. I am impressed that it starts hot to give you full coffee flavor and then lowers the temperature so that your ice doesn’t melt. This is perfect for me as there have been many times that I forgot to brew my coffee For refrigeration and discover it in the morning when I drink my one iced coffee serving per day.I absolutely love this and recommend it. It is at a bit higher price point than lower to mid range. Brewer’s but it’s worth the money. I definitely recommend this.
