Picked up these Victorinox knives a while back and they’ve quickly become my wife’s favourites in the kitchen. She uses them daily for just about everything – chopping onions, dicing tomatoes, slicing fruit, even taking on Bangladeshi veg like lauki, korola, and begun. They cut through with ease and stay sharp, which makes cooking a lot quicker and less of a chore for her. The handles are comfy to hold, and they’ve got a good balance – not too heavy, not too flimsy. They’re easy to wash and don’t look battered even after regular use. For the price, you’re getting proper quality that feels like it’ll last. As for me, I keep my distance – my excuse is “butter fingers,” but really it’s because these things are sharper than my mam’s comments when I was late home as a teenager. They’re the kind of knives you respect, not mess about with. If you’re after something sharp, reliable, and easy to use for everyday cooking, these are spot on. My wife swears by them, and when she’s happy with a kitchen tool, I know I’ve made the right choice.

These knives are extremely sharp, lightweight, and very comfortable to use. They cut through bread, fruit, and cheese effortlessly. The colourful handles add a nice touch and make them easy to spot in the drawer. Excellent quality as expected from Victorinox.

Just a quick review to say that I swear by these knives. They are superb for most day-to-day kitchen cutting, particularly great for smaller (i.e. cherry or plum) tomatoes as they require very little pressure to cut through so don't cause the tomato juice to squirt anywhere! They cut through root veg such as sweet potatoes with ease, bread is no problem, nor is any kind of meat. I bought two back in 2022, two more in 2023 and then a further four earlier this year and I can't say I've noticed any difference in performance between the two I bought originally and the others. They seem to last well, have pretty much replaced the other knives in my kitchen (including a couple of John Lewis' serrated knives) and the only issue I've found is I was using them so much that I never had any of them clean! I've bought my mum a couple so I've got them to use at her's when I'm down there, and even got a couple purchased for the kitchen at work! (The photo is purely to show I do indeed own them!)

Had this knife before person i lived with decided they liked it. so i decided to get another. Nice and sharp, advertised for tomato but have used it for DIY as well cuts plastic and wood with minimal effort. nice sharp cut my finger many a time and not realise. Compact and easy to store.

I have been using these for a while now. They are still sharp but I do feel quality of handles let's them down for such a well known manufacturer.

The knives are durable and very sharp, with a thin serrated blade ideal for a variety of slicing tasks, including cutting meat, vegeatables and fish with ease. The knives are easy to clean and are comfortable to hold, with the handle feeling firm and solid. Good knives for the price and ideal for general kitchen tasks.
