Pretty good little guitar!
The media could not be loaded. Nice little starting electric guitar my daughter got this for her birthday. It barely came in today and it is pretty decent. I would definitely recommend we still need to tune it and everything but so far everything looks good!!

Solid budget guitar
This Mosen guitar is a prime example of how far guitar building has come in the last few years. Not so long ago, a guitar at this price level would be somewhat pretty and unplayable at best. This Mosen guitar is light years ahead of those guitars. The weight is light, which a lot of people might appreciate, but it has a really nice sunburst finish. It looks great. The pickgaurd is beautiful with three single coils that sound pretty good. The bridge is smooth, intonated pretty well for a new guitar with tremelo. Playing this guitar is really smooth, you would expect sharp or uneven frets , but this guitar has a very nice playable neck. The small amplifier included sounds surprising, big, clear sound in overdrive mode. Plus it's a Bluetooth receiver.

Decent starter guitar, with upgrade potential!
This MOSEN 39in Full Size Beginner Electric Guitar Starter Kit is a really good deal, and perfectly fine for a beginner just looking to play. As you become more experienced, though, you'll find yourself wanting some new pickups that can produce a better tone. The guitar is quite lightweight and fairly well made, with a straight neck, well-sanded frets and good quality tuning machines. The knobs all do what they should, and the 5-position switch is basic but functional. The only problems with fit and finish that I noticed were some plastic shavings stuck in the nut, and need to perform intonation on the guitar. String height was good, but the bridge saddles needed to be adjusted a bit right off the bat. The strings are frankly quite bad, but those are easily replaced for $10 or $15 with a much better set.The final thing to know is the guitar makes guitar sounds, but not incredibly well. Paired with a good amp, you can find some decent Strat-style tones, but experienced players who have used more expensive modern guitars (or even low-to-mid-range vintage ones) will find the pickups lacking.Given that the rest of the components are decent and the guitar is well made, this could be a legit guitar for more advanced players with some new pickups. The rest of the components in the bag will be fine for new players, and the gig bag is decent overall, but nearly everyone will want to upgrade these items as they become more used to playing and can better define what they want.

Electric guitar
Oh. My. Goodness. My grandkids think they are the next big thing. They are really enjoying playing and practicing. It has helped their creativity and keeps them off screens. Seems like the quality is pretty decent. It comes with an amp to be able to boost the sound. Thank goodness it is nowhere near the same level as Marty McFly used at Doc's house! But it gives it that electric guitar sound. Really it has everything to get started if someone is interested in trying their hand at it and at a very affordable price. The only thing I can say negative is that its a bummer when they get it all put away and back in the case and we get it put up. Then 10 minutes later they bring me the pic. But really, this has been great and the whole family has enjoyed it.

Great Starter Set
This is a great beginner electric guitar set. It has everything included to get started. I started out playing acoustic but after some time, realized I just really want play electric and wanted something inexpensive to start. I like these guitar strings more than my acoustic and find it easier to play. The amp works well for learning.I went with the basic black & white and figure I can decorate it with cool stickers as I go along or paint or whatever. I can make it my own as I go since it's a starter and the investment price was good. The listing has the info identifying the different parts on the guitar like the pickups. I think it would be good if there was something in the box that did this in case it is a gift and you don't necessarily want to send them to the amazon product page.

Great for A Beginner
Ordered this for my husband as he's been dying to learn how to play the electric guitar. This package is awesome for a beginner. Comes with extra string, amplifier, pics, a backpack carrying case, strap and much more (white wire not included that was my sons). Our son tuned it up for his dad and then gave him a quick lesson (showing him on his own guitar). It was so awesome to see them together. The only complaint we have is the amplifier sounds really scratchy/broken up. After having our son play with it (as he's played for sometime) but even he couldn't get it sounding good. It's not a huge problem since my son had two, but I would have been a little disappointed if this was the only one we had. However, it is again just a beginner set. The electric guitar itself is beautiful. My husband loves the look and feel of it. Overall, we would still recommend as a beginner package.

Cool beginner guitar.
I got this for my 15-year-old who is just learning. At the price, I think this is a great instrument. It sounds good and was easy to tune. But I did replace the strings with a more professional name brand and that helped. I also had a much better amp that he plugs into. But the amp that came with it isn't bad, just not jam with others worthy, but that's okay if you're just learning. The neck feels good and there is good action on the fretboard, he doesn't have to press too hard.Right now we're just trying to gauge whether he has enough interest to continue and this doesn't break the bank as we're trying to find out.

Great for any beginner
Obviously, this is no high-end rig, so it's got it's quirks like the tuners and feedback from the pickups, but for the price and everything it comes with, you'd get a smile from any beginner wanting to learn. It's a great practice tool before spending hundreds on a higher end axe.
