Ordered before Christmas with an expected delivery date after Christmas. Delivered the day before Christmas! What a great surprise. Assembled in about 20 minutes, instructions were clear. Very well made and comfortable. The red/black color combination is a great appearance. Although the backrest is adjustable, it will stay where I like it permanently. It tilts back more than I thought it would, based on the website photos. I could nap on it if I had to, but I got it for gaming.

I looove this chair! It looks exactly as pictured and is a really cute color. It’s really comfy and is both firm and cushiony at the same time and big enough for me to cross my legs if I want to. It was super easy for me to put together by myself in about 30 minutes. I use it every day for hours at a time and it’s holding up well. Great value (especially if you get it on sale like I did). The massage function is a bust and only operates on a low vibrate but I personally really didn’t care about that when I ordered.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the chair by itself without the leg rest extension and mini pillows. I'd rank it as above an average computer chair but not on the level of a premium chair in terms of comfort. The only knock I have on it is that you feel like you're in a reclined position lying back before you even use the reclining feature.As for the bonus features, they don't really add much value to the chair. The leg rest is lacking in its sturdiness and bends downward significantly not really adding much comfort. The bonus mini pillows are slightly on the harder side. The head rest pillow is secured only by a strap that attaches in the back that shifts especially if you move around in the chair. The lumbar pillow massage feature isn't anything that provides a great massage, so I find it to have no benefit.I gave the chair a 4 out of 5 rating because it is a decent chair. If the extra bonuses were of better quality, I'd give a 5-star rating.

The media could not be loaded. I was disappointed in the massaging feature which is just in the pillow and you just plug in. I love the color, quality, and functionality. The chair is very comfy and very easy to put together. The price point was perfect and I would get another chair in a different color for my husband.

After putting these chairs together and had a chance to sit on them I was amazed at how comfortable they are. Just today I actually fell asleep while leaning back into a reclined position, and changed the location of the head rest I went to sleep quickly. They are truly the best chairs we have ever owned. The chair is great, but that "massage" is very weak. The vibration you get in controllers is stronger than that. But for the price you shouldn't be surprised. Definitely perfect for your wallet budget.

Feels great, good quality, amazing comfort

Instructions were clear, easy and in color with pictures. Great for my not so handy self. My son loves it. It is comfy and as described.
