I just got the order today. I love the fact that it records both sound and video well. However, I have a little challenge with the charging. The charging point is not stable.

I received a used Pen. The charging cable, cleaning cloth and Directions were missing. How do I know this? I ordered a second one and compared them to confirm my suspicions. The replacement pen was individually wrapped with a sticker offering a 5 year warranty. It also Included the charging cable, cleaning cloth and Directions. Charging was also required unlike the first one delivered. Beware of what you receive.
