easy, works, simple to install. Try not to pull the top off as there is a small check ball. make sure the threads are smooth by running the nut BEFORE you get under the sink and find it just spins. A little olive oil on the thread too, when you are under the sink you want it to go on easy.

This item was half the price as others. I just put in aa new farmhouse kitchen sink and the dispenser looks great and works as expected. I love having to be able to use a large hand soap bottle instead of having a little bottle mounted under the sink, makes it more convenient.

For the price it looks great. The pump function also works great but the included caps are incompatible with every type of bottle I had.Ended up drilling a 3/8” hole on a juice bottle cap

It didn’t work for me because the stem is too small and the threads done reach the other side of the countertop.See pic of old one (that works) and new one (on right that doesn’t work)

Messy & leaks dishwash soap from the pump head. I thought this was a great idea, but I am very disappointed.

Pump installed easily. Seems to be too lightweight compared to our old one. The hose feature is nice. I had added built that same exact idea to ours over 10 years ago, but the liquid soap hardened the hosing and we went back to the bottle. I hope this hosing last longer. I have concerns of longevity. The pump itself seems no more substantial than those plastic throw away liquid pump soaps you get at the grocery or mall. We will see.
