I am new to Asian cooking and I was nervous about using Shaoxing wine, but I found a winner here. After my first dish I made with it I was confident that I made a great purchase. I do not drink alcohol as I never liked the taste of it, but this burns off wonderfully and leave a nice taste in your food. Will be purchasing, again, when I need another bottle. I even gave some to a friend and my my daughter to try in their cooking. A+

I was expecting a smaller bottle like a mirin, but this looks more like a traditional bottle of wine. No complaint about that, just wasn't expecting it. Otherwise, great price for a product not available at my local supermarket.

J'ai hésité à le commander car je ne trouvais pas les informations me disant le délais de la date d'expiration (temps de conservation) et je ne voyais pas non plus s'il fallait conserver la bouteille au réfrigérateur après l'avoir ouverte! Alors voici les réponses: J'ai reçu en septembre 2025 et la date d'expiration de ma bouteille est en mars 2027!! Il n'est pas inscrit que l'on doivent la garder au réfrigérateur après l'ouverture donc j'en déduit qu'on peut la conserver à la température pièce. En espérant que ces infos aideront les personnes qui comme moi se demandaient les mêmes questions!
