Build quality is good, with plenty of power.
Build quality is good, with plenty of power for commuting around. Front suspension is good, but could use a rear shock in very bad roads. Would prefer a thumb throttle.

Beyond poor quality
I have had my K300X for less than 30 full days and scooter itself is falling apart, the moter overheats the fender and retention hook to close the scooter cracked with minimal force and the break line snapped day one.

Super disappointed
Upon receiving this product, it was immediately making an extremely loud and irritating ringing noise whenever riding. I contacted support and all they did was send a seemingly AI-generated troubleshooting process that has nothing to do with the issue. In addition: The battery life is well below what is posted. The locking mechanism for the scooter is poorly designed and will not conveniently unlock after many attempts. the app continuously asks me to view the tutorial even after repeatedly completing it the Bluetooth range is abysmal and barely reaches a couple feet beyond the scooter. The scooter itself rides decently well, but the many shortcomings prevent me from ever recommending it to anyone.

Highly dissapointed
I was shipped a used AND defective scooter. Very unhappy for the inconvenience this has caused and would advise anyone looking to purchase this scooter from Amazon to think twice.
