Lithofin Wax-off wax and oil remover, 1 Litre

So happy with this product! I had a badly stained granite hearth, with tar, soot, sap and candle wax all over it, and it came up brilliantly! So this product does have a strong odour so needs to be used in a well ventilated space. It still took quite a bit of work, reapplying several layers of Wax Off, washing down, allowing to dry and then scraping sections of wax etc off, but you can see the finished results are brilliant.I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the other 950ml I have left now, but very happy and would recommend 👍🏼

Stinky horrible job but melted the old sticky coating scrubbed with old pan scrub then washed off with lashings of soapy water and sponge. Slate floor was restored to Original finish. Tough job. Face mask and goggles a must also disposal gloves. Black stinky residue sticks to everything so be prepared to dispose of all the material you use. Work fast as melted finish can reset as product evaporates. Clear petroleum product but does the job so worth it.

This is great stuff, I had to remove some really awful sealer from a slate hearth and this did the job brilliantly. I just applied it and after a few minutes wiped it off, and the sealer came of really easily. So does what it says on the can, highly recommend,

fantastic product did the job just great. I had problems trying to strip these Victoria tiles back to original and this did the trick no problem.Would certainly recommend it to anyone in the same position.

Good product, delivery not great

It’s far from a magic formula as you’ll still need to apply a huge amount of effort and go through the various stages of application and removal - but it took away the worst of the labour intensive task at hand.Thick 60 year old vinyl floor adhesive gone forever in about a day.The only negative I could possibly make note of is the odour……but it’s only to be expected, given what it is you’re buying. It’s strong smelling but does fade in time.

This product does not do what is says on the tin. Still very labour intensive to remove lithofin.Avoid the sealer at all costs
