Blended Whisky 70 cl

Got this for my friend for Christmas and he offered to let me try some and I think it has a very deep flavour and it has a nice spice touch which makes it very nice compared to what we tend to have which is Scottish whiskey and I believe it’s excellent value for money that I might consider getting another bottle for myself during the line

What can I say about Canadian club whiskey? It’s cheap, but for the £18 paid it’s pretty decent. Great base as a mixer and I do quite enjoy it with Cola. Don’t let the price put you off, it’s worth a try! I’m on my third bottle as my family enjoy it also.

Well well well this really is a blast from the past! A very rare one at that. Many moons ago I remember every Christmas seeing this standing on top of the drinks cabinet. My Father used to gift it to my Mother every year without fail as her holiday tipple. Some years later it became harder & harder to find until it finally disappeared from shelves everywhere. She switched to another brand but she was never as happy with any of the substitutes she had & she’d always mention how much she enjoyed this. Just before Mother’s Day I spotted it on here & surprised her with it on Mothering Sunday she was absolutely thrilled. With it coming up to Christmas I’ve returned for another bottle. The price varies so it seems because in April I paid £19 & in December just £16. On both occasions it was delivered free next day delivery via Amazon Prime. In my opinion £15-£16 is a good price point after all it isn’t a fine scotch or bourbon. If you’re looking for either of those then you’ll be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong this is a nice drink in its own right but it’s very different. This is slightly spicy if I had to compare it to something I personally think the soft spicy/vanilla tones are reminiscent of Tick Tock vanilla chai tea but with a smooth nuttiness thrown in for good measure. I enjoy this over ice one part Canadian Dry two parts American Ginger Ale but there are plenty of other ways to serve it if you look online for ideas. I first tried it neat over ice because that’s how I take my Bourbons. However I’d been mislead with this often being lumped into that category I assumed I’d enjoy this served the same way but that’s when you can really tell the difference. It doesn’t deserve a spot with those drinks “Spiced Whiskey” is where it belongs. That’s why I’d recommend this to Brandy fans particularly those who enjoy the spicy tones of Metaxa I think they’d be pleasantly surprised. And if you’re thinking of gifting anyone over 70 this I’m guessing you’ll blow their socks off! Overall I’m very happy with this purchase & the nostalgia it’s brought both myself & my Mother, which is pretty ironic in itself because alcohol usually does the opposite & strips you of all you’re fun memories! Thank you Amazon don’t let this one disappear again!

Es gibt hier Käufer, die sich als Whiskey-Kenner bezeichnen und Kanadischen mit Bourbon (Jim Beam) vergleichen. Tja, das sind die sogenannten Experten. Ich mag lieber einen milden Whiskey, der nicht im Halse kratzt. Dazu gehört der Canadian Club, ebenso wie der Old Canadian von MCGuiness. Beide kann man pur trinken. Ich werde den Canadian Club zu dem Kurs auf jeden Fall immer wieder kaufen.

Une des plus vieilles marques de whisky qui date de d’avant la prohibition, whisky très bon pour un prix abordable et qui a une histoire. Je recommande
