You'll have to do some work connecting the wheels - 16 screws. Apart from that, it's very nice. Very solid.

Bought this for the large, solid, rubber wheels, which has definitely met/exceeded my expectations. Everything else has been a bit of a let down. Other than the wheels and the plastic and/or rubber mat glued to the top of the platform, the whole unit is made of metal which is nice, but it's such a thin gauge of metal and came out of the box with several dents. The paint job is terrible - extremely thin that you can see the metal beneath in certain spots, and there are numerous scratches out of the box both due to the thin paint and lack of packing materials inside the box (though I bought new it definitely looks like a return/refurb that they sent me). Only assembly is the fastening of the casters/wheels to the platform which is nice, but they only give you bolts and lock washers that barely fit over the oversized holes on the plates of the casters - in a few cases about half of the lock washer is inside of the hole so I don't know how sturdy it will be. Adding to my concern about sturdiness is that the threads in some of the holes for the wheels/casters were either already stripped or feel like they're on the verge of stripping - needed to be extremely careful about overtightening as I could feel the threads giving away which is extremely disappointing on an apparently "new" product. Do better Dewalt and/or Amazon!
