inGreens Akkermansia Muciniphila Probiotic Supplement with Chicory Inulin, Turmeric & Resistant Starch, Vegan & Gluten Free, 30-Day Supply

Supplements are available today to meet the needs of our over-busy society and can be defined to fit personal needs. I am not a health care professional in any way but I did try this and want to share my experience. The only negative aspect for me was the price, hence the lack of a perfect star rating. I specifically look for the manufacturing process, does it follow standards as set by the USDA or similar, allergens, and I am skeptical about country of origin. This product is 'crafted' in the USA, is Gluten Free, soy free, soy and dairy free. From there I check the added items and fillers, I am comfortable with turmeric and have not had any reaction to any of the ingredients in the past. Akkermansia muciniphila is a probiotic that works on creating a positive gut flora. The capsules are easy to swallow, do not have an aroma or an aftertaste. I do feel that the addition of a probiotic to my daily routine has helped my gut health and energy.

This probiotic has a capsule that is acid resistant, so it does'nt get destroyed in your stomach, but passes onto the small intestine where it is needed. Easy to take and seems to be making a difference in my digestion. Love it. Add it to others I'm taking.

Used all of this, but didn't notice much change in how I felt.

Every 2 capsules of inGreens Akkermansia Muciniphila Probiotic contains 300 Billion AFU of Akkermansia muciniphila, which is a beneficial bacteria that reduces gut barrier disruption and insulin resistance. In addition, this supplement includes Chicory Inulin, Turmeric, and Resistant Starch...all serve as prebiotics to feed the probiotic. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, a 30-day supply NOT 60 days. I'm deducting 1 star as this supplement is not tested by 3rd Party, and not a 60-day supply per bottle as indicated online.

This is the best Akkermansia I've found and I've tried about seven different brands so far, some far more expensive than this! It works so well! My tongue looks so clean since I've started taking it. I have more energy and I feel overall healthier since taking this great supplement. It's super clean too: it has no Magnesium Stearate, no Microcrystalline Cellulose, no Silicon Dioxide. For "Other Ingredients" it contains Phosphatidylcholine from Non-GMO Sunflower Oil, a source for the essential nutrient Choline, which I supplement with anyway. They've added 500mg of Chicory Inulin, 200mg of Turmeric and 500mg of Resistant Starch from Banana Yam. This seems to be a magical combination for my body. It has improved my digestion and my overall health. The Akkermansia in this supplement is high potency: two capsules contain 300Billion AFU's.

Never heard of AKKERMANSIA MUCINIPHILA, but decided to give it a try. Like a lot of people, our gut health and immune systems can be a problem at times, and we look for something that might just be helpful to relieve any discomfort. This product's main ingredients are the A M ( 300 Billion AFU) plus Chicory inulin, Turmeric, and Resistant Starch from Banana yam. The white plastic bottle contains 60 capsules, enough for 30 days. Started for 2 days, only 1 capsule each to make sure my body handled this new item. No problem! Now am taking the suggested 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. The creamy white capsules are less than 1" long, have no taste, and easy to swallow. This Dietary Supplement called inGreens appears to be a good product.

This supplement has a long expiration which I love, it came in September 2024 and is good until July 2027. The capsules are average size (see photos) and there is no smell. The ingredients are clean. There was an external plastic safety seal and an internal safety seal over the top of the bottle, under the lid.

When my gut is healthy, I generally feel better. I have gastrointestinal and sometimes bladder issues that improve when my gut has the proper balance. These are easy to swallow and do not cause distress, sensitivity, or discomfort. We are all different. I like the price because it is medium for an excellent GLP-1 boosting supplement that does so much. If GLP-1 works for you, it might curb your appetite for sweets or cravings in general. Feeling fuller and faster and slowing digestion is what people might expect from that. I do not guarantee those results as everyone has different conditions and environments. You can share these with family and friends if you like. I am not expecting miracles. If I can improve my digestion while eating healthy, that would be a good outcome for this supplement. Not only that, but I recommend drinking lots of water. Enjoy!
