Fantastic chips! I soaked them in water for 30 minutes before tossing them onto blazing hot coals. I also placed a bowl of water on the grill with my steaks — the result was the most incredible smoky flavor I've ever had in just 25 minutes. Excellent quality chips — I'll definitely be buying more!
