This is a great little machine. The price paid and the work it does is impressive. This is small and suitable to be left on my counter or stored easily. I have a larger machine and this was seems to have better suction and sealability . Used weekly!

I have compared this sealer to two others and this one is great. The stainless steel factor makes it easy to clean and due to how nice it looks, I don't mind leaving it out when I do.These sealers take some getting used to. Once I did, I found this one better than satisfactory for speed, suction, freeze quality and sealing. I have only had it a few months. How durable and long it will last remains to be seen.The best thing I figured out was the wet seal is stronger than the dry one. I think the suctioning of liquid from the bags where it will get sealed was considered when designing it and as a result the "wet" setting seal runs longer and makes a visibly wider and stronger seal. Due to it, I only use the wet setting now.

I purchased this product with caution. In years past, I’ve used the FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer; it served me well, but it no longer works. I needed a vacuum sealer for food. After reading through reviews on this machine and others, I decided to try this machine. I am not familiar with this brand, but it had features such as the pulse and marinate function that the FoodSaver (the model I have) did not have. I am happy to report that this machine works well, I am pleased with the vacuum, suction and sealing function. I had the opportunity to use the vacuum port for what I was storing in my mason jar. Lastly, I found this to be a space saver, as my other machine took up a lot of space on the counter. I’ve communicated with customer service and they are awesome. I highly recommend this product and the company.

This thing does not have the vacuum power of my previous FoodSaver, but it takes up much less counter space, and is also ridiculously easy to clean.Does not always seal consistently, but that is not too surprising given the price. (The FoodSaver also became very inconsistent over time)

A have-to-have if you freeze foods, especially now. I delayed buying a vacuum sealer and would be reminded of it every time I had to throw food from the freezer away -- try as I might to package it for future use. As always, I researched a number of models and decided on the Mesliese. I wanted to use it a number of times for a variety of foods before preparing a review. I am impressed with the sealer's quality and sturdiness and how it functions as it claims to do. The speed at which it moves is probably standard but thorough. The suction power is significant and provides for a compressed, airtight seal. I saw one reviewer who couldn't manage the built-in cutter. I'm not sure what that was about -- it slides, and it cuts the plastic. I would purchase this again and I'm providing a photo that's a great example of a food I tried to package myself in the past and ended up throwing it away, covered with frost.

Had a FoodSaver for forever that finally but the dust and wanted to see if there were any better options. So far so good on this little sealer. It's sturdier than my FoodSaver was and I've had zero issues so far. My boyfriend could never get the hang of the FS but took to this one like a fish to water. Doesn't dread bulk meat runs now.

This sealer does so much and it’s easy to use. The packaging and directions are concise and do not require a magnifying glass to read. The streamline packaging and sleek look fit right into my kitchen. Function: superb- I like that you can do dry and moist sealing- this protects more delicate items from being crushed versus moist seals that require a good strong seal. This sealer has it all, even the external sealing accessory. And let’s not forget the 5 year warranty! This alone is what drew me in. There was even a personalized thank you note! Registering for this was a simple QR code scan. I got a prompt response that my unit was registered without having to provide all my personal information- just name, email, model #, and Amazon order ID. In terms of value and quality- this is a winner.
