I rave about these supplements all the time! I have tried numerous different brands and these are the only ones which have truly worked and made a difference. As these also contain magnesium, I take them before bed and have much better sleep.

I was recommended this by a friend. I used before a big work presentation - I couldn’t relax and was starting to get rising anxiety. This seemed to really help and balance this.

Those are magical tablets , they really works . I'm taking 2 tablets in the morning and they are keeping me full power for entire day . Real energy boost !!! And at night I'm finally sleeping ...after long time straggling for proper sleep finally those tablets making my sleep perfect !!! If I can add more then 5 stars for this product I will do it !!! Simple the best !!!

I’ve given 3 stars as this made me feel great for a couple of weeks and then unfortunately I started getting a side effect. Twitching eyelid on one eye so sadly have had to stop taking it (and yes the side effect has now stopped).

The only supplement I have taken that has made a real difference and highly recommend it.

I've been taking this for just over a month now. Two tablets before bed and it knocks me out. I'm super sensitive to medicine/supplements so it may not have the same effect for you, but I'm enjoying the benefits. Might be placebo, but I do feel more energetic and less stressed.

I would not be without these tablets, they help me so much with my energy and stress levels!!! Only tablet I can say actually works. I have 2 kids and a toddlersaurus and they help me cope so much better lol. I give it 7 stars!!
