It comes with everything you need - a long hose (1.5 meters) that's made of strong stainless steel, and a hook to hang it on the wall. The hose gives you plenty of reach to move the shower around.It's easy to switch between the different spray types. The whole thing feels well-made. I've been using it for a while now and haven't had any problems.
