Q: Will it work with long neck screw glass bottle (wine)???

I used them with 750mm glass Pellegrino bottle for homemade beer. Mixed results. Good seal on about 4 out of 5 bottles. No outright leaks but no full carbonation on about 1 out of 5 bottles.

Q: Do these caps fit mr beer 1 liter pet bottles?

Yes. I've bought these a few times to fit my Mr. beer bottles with no problems. I can only add make sure you tighten them enough. You'll feel like you are breaking the seal with the sound but keep going until it's tight or you don't get the carbonation in your beer.
