I was looking for a skin care line to replace what I am currently using and after researching, I came across Kitchen Apothecary! It is exactly what I've been looking for! Clean ingredients, small batch produced, ethically made and sourced. I have only purchased the facial cleanser so far, but I will definitely be purchasing more products from them. This cleanser produces a luxurious foam when applied to damp skin and leaves my skin feels fresh, soft, and hydrated. Clean, non-toxic products are very important to me and I am so happy to have found Kitchen Apothecary! I am looking forward to trying some of the other products soon!

This product stands out for a multitude of reasons. A majority of delighted reviewers. Reasonably priced. The ingredients listed looked promising, as well. After receiving it, I read and followed the directions exactly as suggested and couldn't wait to use it. The product smelled great, and just a small dab turned into a generous amount on my moistened face. That being said, my face is ultra-sensitive ~ I cannot use most current commercial facial cleansers. Unfortunately, it’s the same here. This cleanser aggressively dries out my skin while stinging it in the process. The stinging sensation remained on my face several days after I’d rinsed and moisturized, not an experience I’d like to repeat. I can only suspect it might be the slightly foaming agent used to create that caused my outrageously sensitive skin to react. I've contacted the seller and he was both terrific and understanding ~ he couldn't have been more supportive. So now I'm back to my experimenting with what's left of my small supply of expensive secret homemade concoctions.

I purchase the double pack of this face wash I received it in a very pretty box and when you open the box there's lovely thank you cards inside and a little sample of revitalizing facial cream to apply right after cleansing I am allergic to pollen in the springtime I love to garden but the pollen makes the skin on my face burn and peel so I happened to receive this package while I was outside planting new bushes perfect timing as soon as I finished I went in the house showered and use this face wash this was the most wonderful face wash I've ever used because of the allergy to pollen anything I wash my face with feels like I'm setting my face on fire I had no burning sensation it was actually very soothing after I dried my face and put my cream on the stop the itching I used the revitalizing facial cream which was very soothing in my skin feels extremely soft not dry or scaly as it usually does after gardening.

I rarerly or never write reviews but for this product I am beyond impressed on how much it doesn’t make my skin too oily and my partner’s skin too dry. We both have different skin types and this product have worked well for both us. In addition to that, as a clinical herbalist (BS of Herbal Science of Bastyr University) the formulation of this product is very well thought-out! Although, they can add more aromatics. The scent on this product is faint but it was probably intended for users that are sensitive to too much scent. In addition to that, the packaging is so wonderful! It makes you feel like your opening a gift and the added moisturizer sample is a plus! I’m thinking about switching my moisturizer to this company’s moisturizer. I also love the scent on the moisturizer! Overall, outstanding product and I definitely recommend this! Try it and you’ll love it! Green blessings, Tee
