As with most Songmic products, every thing was present in the box. Instructions clear and straightforward. Great value for money item, chair is comfortable enough for stints of work, Looks great and the height adjustability is as described.

This is a difficult product to review. First the pluses. (1) The base/casters is of phenomenal quality. This is not one of the shiny metal bases you find on chairs that can be cheap, scratch and rust. It's really, really well designed and lovely quality. (2) The chair is very pretty. (3) The whole thing is an exercise in lovely visual design. OK, now negatives. (1) The chair element is not of the very best quality. The PU leather underneath is thin. I wish they had spent more time on investing in the top (2) Comfort - this is not the best chair for every day office use. This sort of design does not have a high back, or proper arms - so you are trading comfort for utility and back care. (3) Price - at £75 this chair is too expensive relative to the market. If the top of the chair had been more premium then maybe.... So summary.... WE are keeping it... for now. It looks lovely. Really lovely. But.... we think over time the chair top and materials ***may*** not wear well, and certainly it's not orthopaedically the most practical for office work. It should be no more than £49.99. Lovely - with trade-offs.
