It's working fine and everyone likes it in my home as it is energy efficient as well as value for money.It makes no noise, has ideal size and weight is also good

Not a great experience
The fan is of average quality. When speed set on greater than 2 the noise level is pretty high. But what annoyed most is their after-sales service quality. It took 4 days and multiple calls [two calls to Amazon and four calls to the brand] to get their Technical Expert to come and undertake the installation. Charged Rs 500 for installation and bypassing the regulator. I will look for other brands next time.
