I've bought several products from this company and all of the products are great. This newest product might be my favorite yet. It is small, quiet, works really well, and has a convenient night light. It's perfect for my bathroom and kitchen!

It only worked for 3 days. Now it does not work. Only makes noise every 3 minuts but no smell......

It’s junk. Every outlet I’ve tried the unit hangs crooked because the plug is by the top. You can’t smell it at all. I’m trying a different scent right now and reprogramming it. I’ve been messing with it for an entire day and I’m done! I’m probably sending it back.

Their passion for their products is commendable, and I will happily keep supporting this small business.ORIGINAL:This is my first time trying out a waterless diffuser. I kind of assumed it would come with a vial of fragrance, but after taking another look at the description, I realized it doesn’t mention any fragrance included—just a bottle to hold it. Luckily, I had some lavender essential oil on hand that I love using for my wools and silk, so I poured about 3 oz into the diffuser (you do not add water).I also decided to download the accompanying app, which was simple to set up. It lets you create up to five different modes, allowing you to customize the running and stopping times for all seven days of the week, which is perfect for me, especially since I work during the day from Monday to Friday. You can connect it via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or 4G—I opted for Bluetooth, and I love that it beeps every time I click on my device, making it easy to know that it is receiving my information.If you prefer not to use the app, there are various modes you can choose from, and the instructions sheet provided with the diffuser clearly explain what each color on the diffuser indicates. When the room is dark, it glows with a lovely orange-gold light at the top, which adds a nice touch. I’ve noticed it quietly diffusing throughout the day, and the lavender really makes my house smell wonderful, especially with my dogs around.After checking the essential oil bottle, I was pleased to see that only a tiny bit was used over five days, which is great! I’ve also ordered a different essential oil brand that’s compatible with this diffuser, and I’m excited to see how it performs. I plan to keep using it over the next couple of months and will keep you updated if anything notable changes. Plus, it looks like everyone who purchased this diffuser gets a year of warranty, which is a nice bonus at this price point.

THIS WAS WONDERFUL…UNTIL IT WASN’T.After just about 2 weeks, first the nightlight stopped working. And within a few more days the entire unit is no longer working. I’m super disappointed because I liked this diffuser a lot. I use high quality oils in my diffusers and maintain them on a regular basis, so the oil isn’t the issue. And while I did receive this free from the Amazon Vine program, I was charged $27 in collected taxes so I’m not very happy about that . I have no idea why it just died. 🤷🏼‍♀️So far, I’m really liking this diffuser. If you haven’t tried a waterless/nebulizing diffuser then you’ve totally been missing out. The oil fragrance is so much more concentrated, and the oil lasts so much longer than the ones you mix in the tank with water…waterless is THE WAY TO GO.This one uses an app, but I didn’t download it because I just want to be able to turn it on and off when I want…so for those who don’t like using apps for stuff like this (🙋🏼‍♀️) it’s not necessary There are several modes you can choose from, depending on how long you want it to run, and the strength of the fragrance. I’m in love with Levona Miami Dreams, and it’s not cheap 😩 but it’s kid and people friendly and non-toxic…I’d rather pay more for the quality and skimp somewhere else 🤭. After running for 2 days straight, the oil level in the bottle hasn’t moved at all, which is exactly what I’ve come to expect from the waterless diffusers…this bottl should last at least a couple of months. I haven’t had any issues with leaking, but will immediately revise this review if I do. Some diffusers leak…for two reasons…1- not having the bottle screwed in TIGHTLY, and 2- not doing maintenance… in between refilling the bottle, first fill it with rubbing alcohol and run it for about 10 minutes…also use a a-tips with alcohol to wipe around the area that the oil is diffused from. This will prevent clogging, which in turn I’ll prevent leaks.I put mine on an outlet extender (see my photos) to be able to use the same outlet for my Alexa Dot…in a small half bath that is near the front door entrance. You can smell it as soon as you walk thru the door ❤️.One last thing to keep in mind…the strength (or throw) of an essential oil is only as good as the oil itself. If you choose a more potent/strong fragrance, that’s what you’ll get from your diffuser—- cheaper, less fragrant essential oils don’t put out much scent…so if you can’t smell it, it’s the oil and not the diffuser.So far super happy with this. It comes boxed so it would definitely make a great gift…especially for that person who has everything or the person with no more surface space left to put stuff. 😊👌🏻

Interesting device. I’m not sure I understand the logic for the max run time. For a plug in device, I really want it to continuously run and not require buttons being pushed to get it to continue running after a few hours. This is kind of the fatal flaw with this item. There are several timings for producing scent for X seconds every X minutes from a low to high range. Along with this there are runtimes in hours. When the max runtime hour is hit it beeps REALLY loudly, which is not great. The other negative is this does not sit in the outlet very well. It has enough mass that it tries to fall out of the plug.Overall, there are several design decisions that really reduce the functionality and ease of use. That being said this actually does a really good job of producing a scent and is pretty quiet when in operation. The night light works great and produces enough light to clearly see the surrounding area.
