Nice looking knives and stand hence why I bought them in the first place but the problem with them is that don’t seem to stay sharp at all. Have sharpened them so many times already but they seem to blunt so quickly am not a knife expert but surely a good knife should stay sharp a bit longer? Although on the market you can find much more expensive knife sets I would say that for £150 you would expect them to stay sharp for at least more than two uses? Bit disappointed hence the two stars.

I’ve used these for 10 days and already some form of rust is leaking out of the handle. They have never been soaked, never been in a dishwasher, and only ever hand wiped and dried. How can an inner be rusting and leaking for £150 after 10 days?!

I have the knives a few weeks now and mainly use the chefs knife, which is already starting to lose its edge. I made sure to use the knife correctly, not banging, and I can feel it catching when cutting. When washing it in the beginning, it would cut through the cleaning sponge, now only the tip and back of the blade will cut into it. Compared to the longevity of the edge on my Global blades, these just dont rate well.

This really is a very impressive Knife SetStunning to look at and will grace any kitchen with minimal space taken up because of its slim design.The knives look and feel of exceptional quality light in the hand but beautiful safe grip and they feel every penny of their premium price.As a result of being so impressed by this set I will save my pennies and buy some more Mercer knives (carving set etc) and I highly doubt given the superb quality that I will ever need to buy another knife set again.Only note of caution as this is not an angled knife block I would advise not to place under a cupboard as there is not adequate clearance to pull knives out.This is not a criticism just a common sense observation from a safety perspective.I highly recommend this beautiful knife set and as ever superb service from Amazon.STUNNING!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought as a present for my partner in his new home, something I knew he would love but would never splash out on himself. Having researched decent knives so I'd be getting something worthwhile, these appeared multiple times and seemed to have positive reviews.I am extremely impressed by the quality of these knives, and the glass case looks perfect displayed in the kitchen and is regularly commented on by guests. It is also extremely easy to clean which was a particular concern of mine. And as a final bonus, my partner was absolutely thrilled and loves using them (more home cooked meals for me!)Would recommend 100%.

Uttally discusting. There was mould within in the housing department, it actually look like it had been used. Under the block it looked like it was covered in sugar.The knives were covered in dust and had marks on the handle. When you're spending £150you should expect the item to be clean and fit for purpose.

The knives are fantastic, made of very high quality steel and come super smart. Great set for any home chefs.
