The only mascara I use
I love Blinc mascara, for one you can build up the lashes to look as thick as you want. For day time I just put one layer on, for going out, 2 or 3. Secondly it will never smudge. Once dry it won't smudge, it just stays put. Thirdly its so easy to remove. Just wet the lashes and rub, it leaves no residue or panda eyes. NB wet AND rub, one or the other will not remove the mascara so if you forget you are wearing it and rub your eye it wont come off, and although I'm not a swimmer so haven't tested it, if it gets wet and you DON'T rub it, it will stay put.If I've been a bit lazy and gone to bed wearing it, it will still look good the next day but I do get a little flaking and have to be careful not not rub as it will come off easier. When you wash it off it comes off in eye-lash shaped pieces and this can look a bit alarming, like the sink is full of eye lashes BUT DONT WORRY, it is just the mascara, I have been using it for a few years now and still have all my lashes!

SO EASY TO WEAR
Why do I say that? This is THE mascara you apply and forget about. No black bits on cheeks, no smudges when you're tired and forget and give your eyes a good rub. It does'nt run down your face when caught in the rain. A quick wash with warm soapy water and cloth before bed and its all gone - no black stains on the pillow no panda eyes looking back at you in the mirror of a morning.I will say it took a bit of getting used to to apply as it is quite thin, but you can build it up, there are instructions which come with it. I have white sparce lashes and two coats does the job for me. I have used this product now for about a month and my lashes are in the best condition they have ever been, not bad for someone in thier sixties.I like the confidence I get wearing this mascara knowing that whatever time of day or night it is where it should be - on my lashes. For me its the best. Worth every penny.

Handy hint when using blinc mascara!
I bought this mascara 6 months ago due to not being able to get Revlon Colorstay Overtime Lash Tint anymore. I loved that 3-day mascara but over the past 1.5 years it started to irritate my eyes and under-eyes pretty badly.I have panda-eyes with every single mascara that I have ever used (other than the above Revlon one), and I have tried a couple of others over the past year or so. Although blinc mascara is expensive, I finally decided to give it a try and to be honest, I couldn't understand what everyone was raving about. It seemed thin and watery, plus it DID clump very badly during application and it DID flake off during the day. I remember going to visit a neighbour only a few hours after putting blinc on, and to my horror, when I got back and accidently looked in the mirror, I looked like I had a bunch of dead spider's legs underneath my eyes...the tubes had come off all over the place! It probably doesn't help that I suffer from dry eyes and have to use eyedrops 3 times a day.HOWEVER!!.... Just as I was about to give up on blinc mascara, I decided to try a lashcomb (something I have never used before). I have been using an old Revlon Lash Tint mascara wand to try and separate my lashes after applying blinc, but I am wondering now, if somehow, the twisted brush was breaking the 'tubes' when I brushed it through, even though it was still wet. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to purchase a Tweezerman Folding Lash Comb. Tweezerman Folding Ilashcomb It's a pretty scary looking instrument when you have never used one before (a row of sharp metal teeth!) BUT it seems to have made a world of difference to my blinc mascara staying put!! I can't actually believe the difference! It's only been a few days, but it seems to now stay on really well, and actually looks almost as good as a regular mascara. I always take it off at night, but last night had a very late night and didn't. This morning, I awoke to almost perfect lashes!! I was amazed!So...I WOULD definitely recommend Blinc Mascara, but perhaps with the use of the Tweezerman Folding Lash Comb as well.Am now going to place an order for a new mascara

Best Mascara for Staying Power
If you have trouble with mascara inevitably ending up all over your face and making you look like you have dark circles under your eyes by the end of the night (waterproof or no), then this is your mascara. Stays on ages, once dry it does not rub off, you only need soap and water to remove. Excellent product. Can't fault it.

Changed for the worse
I have bought this previously in the silver tube and it was great - went on well and dried quickly, and slid off very easily with warm water. Not a dramatic volumising mascara but fine for everyday use.But packaging and product have both changed - the tube is now brown, which is fine, but the changes to the product & formula are awful. It’s sticky, and upper lashes get stuck to lower ones before it dries which is a slow process. The brush has changed to an hourglass shape which seems to always smudge onto upper lid, and it’s not nearly as easy to remove. I use warm water as before but it really has to be pulled off lashes rather than sliding off. And it’s expensive. What a regression. Go back to the previous version please!
