The first time I used it it broke. The plastic on the lid cracked where it fits over the body. It was not strong enough to crush the ice also, it is very hard to hold still to turn the handle. I would not recommend buying this. I was afraid it would not work but I tried it anyway.

It doesn’t hold up to the crushing ice.Screws on the cover fell out 2 times,I screwed them back in and they fell out again with part of where the screws go into a piece broke off. Also the screws fell into the crushed ice I was crushing.

Hard to turn with only 3 or 4 pieces of ice to crush. Didn't crush well at all. Too small to do the job will be returning

should have not ordered this...it's not easy to hold and turn handle to crush ice... not good especially for me as I'm 84 years young...not sturdy should have looked for a different brand..

Total waste of money. Ineffective and very difficult to use. Grinder does not work very well. I’m better off putting ice in a plastic bag covering with a towel and hitting it with a mallet. Really!

It does not work. If you were very, very strong you could. Maybe make it twirl once. Very disappointed and would like a refund.

It is all plastic and when I finally received it had a crack in it..I don't use it at all
