I had this huge DIY project at home, building a treehouse for my kids. You know how it goes, kids excited as dad sweats away. Anyway, I slapped this battery into my drill, and wow, it just kept going. No more swapping batteries every hour. It's a 6AH, so yeah, it's a bit on the chunky side, but who cares when you're not running out of juice halfway through screwing in planks? I normally run my 2.0 in my impact but I started using it on bigger jobs. Honestly, it made everything so much smoother. I even used it on my 20v tools, and they performed way better than I expected. This battery just has that extra kick. Now, I'm eyeing the 6AH version for those smaller jobs. It's just good to have options, you know? This thing is a solid companion for anyone who’s into DIY or has a bunch of tools lying around.

These batteries work perfectly with my Dewalt tools. I've run the batteries completely down and then fully charged. They work perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Can't beat the price!

These work just fine, direct replacement for OEM dewalt. I am guessing they aren't going to be quite OEM quality, but they do work just fine.

Had to pay to return batteries that did not work.

The batteries have charged quickly in my Dewalt charger and easily slide in and out of my Dewalt tools which include a vacuum, buffer, and blower. They hold the charge relatively well and, like other Dewalt batteries, show their current charge with the light display.My only issue here is the size and weight - nearly double that of the Dewalt max batteries I own. This can be bothersome when using hand held tools over time. On the other hand, they are half the price!

These batteries are very well constructed of quality materials. They’re an exact fit for the standard 20 volt Dewalt tools battery. The batteries charged quickly in my Dewalt charger. I especially like the included circuitry that prevents overcharging. I also like the built in charge level indicators. The batteries are keeping their charge too. So for the price of a 2 amp brand name battery we get two 6 amp batteries. They are a bit larger in size and weight than the 2 amp but that seems a small price to pay for the added time I get from a charged battery.

So, for half the price of an official DeWalt 2 amp battery I can get two 6ah batteries? What’s not to love? While I have no means to test the output of these batteries, I can say they last a long time. They charged fine and have been working fine in all of my tools. The extra run time comes in handy for many jobs and is almost a must for tools like the reciprocating and circular saws. At this price I can finally afford to have enough spares.

To date these are holding a great charge.One of them appeared to be fully charged when it came in as verified by two chargers. The other needed a while.These batteries won't likely to stand up to much abuse like some as the housing is plastic, no PVC or rubber edges or corners like some but not really cheap thin plastic like others. Shouldn't be an issue with me as I rarely drop anything this size and set my tools down as opposed to just tossing them. Something to consider if you are hard on yours or have a crew that is.Too soon to tell on overall life but if that changes I will update.Great product. Great value.
