Magic health giving powers that make you live forever!
I am not a chemist, so I can't say what or how much of anything the packet contains. I assume it is 100% genuine and will do me some good. It is very difficult stuff to mix with liquid, so I just put some on the tip of a tea-spoon, put it in my mouth (actually tastes ok) then drink some milk or water.I have had products from this company before and they seem to be good quality at a good price. I am still alive and feeling well, which I take to be a very good sign. Would I still be alive and feeling well without this companies products? I am not a Doctor, so I can't say. Maybe it is just a coincidence, or maybe their products have magic powers, I honestly don't know.

A Potent Supplement with Promising Benefits, but Approach with Moderation 💪🌿⚖️
If you're seeking a natural supplement to support your overall well-being, Oxford Vitality's Quercetin Powder could be a compelling choice. This flavonoid-rich powder boasts an impressive 98.6% purity, promising to deliver a potent dose of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. 💥One of the standout features of this product is its versatility. The powdered form allows for seamless incorporation into your daily routine, whether you prefer mixing it into your favorite beverage or incorporating it into meals. This flexibility can be particularly appealing for those who struggle with swallowing capsules or prefer a more customizable approach to supplementation. 🥤🥗Additionally, Oxford Vitality's commitment to quality and safety is commendable. Their adherence to GMP guidelines and UK-based manufacturing facility instill confidence in the product's integrity and purity. 👍However, it's crucial to approach any supplement, including quercetin, with moderation and caution. While the potential benefits of quercetin are well-documented, including immune support, respiratory health, and anti-inflammatory effects, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or are taking other medications. 🩺Furthermore, it's important to note that the efficacy and dosage requirements may vary from person to person, and overconsumption could potentially lead to adverse effects. As with any supplement, it's advisable to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase as needed, while closely monitoring your body's response. 💊Overall, Oxford Vitality's Quercetin Powder presents an intriguing option for those seeking to harness the power of this potent flavonoid. Its high purity, ease of use, and commitment to quality are noteworthy strengths. However, moderation, professional guidance, and individual tolerance should be carefully considered to ensure a safe and effective supplementation journey. 🌿

The real thing
**Update March '25 - A great pity the product has changed. More impurities, lumpy granular and green not fine yellow powder. After testing, definitely seems less effective - takes more for a lesser result as best I can judge (I have needed it much less lately, but see below for how I use it when stuffy). There are now several offerings out there of 180x500mg (=90g) capsules for much lower cost, though I have not tested yet.**This is the real thing and it does have an effect unlike some other labelled "high strength" capsules, that may have filler and many don't even reach their advertised weight. Before refunding, one told me he advertised the weight of the fruit pulp extract, not actual quercetin! There is no "official" dosage. I understand the 500 mg twice a day recommendation and for some it may have a positive effect. For me it does nothing. From my research this seems to come from a 90's study where an intravenous (ie 100% absorption) dose of 1400mg/m2 approx (ie. around 2500mg for the average adult) with no hydration, temporarily set back a person with weak kidneys. Hence the 1000mg overly safe recommendation. But oral dosage like this has only a 20% or so absorption rate. Vitamin C and some oil/fat with it can help. That would mean to reach any kind of possible side effect, the dosage orally would have to be like 12g/12000mg or so, with no hydration. To deal very effectively with allergy/auto-immune sneezing/sinus/inflammation issues, I take a 1 tablespoon measuring scoop (maybe 5-6 grams ?). At first I had to take one morning and one evening, now I need only morning. If I get stuffy, I take a smaller top up. Of course, I drink plenty of water.I have been doing this for months with no problem and now settled on this powder as the most cost and performance effective., although still pricey. Also, Tinnitus is all but gone now, so I'm presuming it was inflammation related.I take it with 1500mg or so of bromelain capsules which helps absorption and has a synergistic effect, they say.I also take zinc 40-60mg, and together with Vitamin C 1000mg and D 8000IU (much more if I feel the beginnings of a cold) I have not had a cold/virus last more than a few hours since I looked into all this for remedies at the beginning of the scam/plan/demic.UPDATE: Just to help some readers, I recently found the biggest cause of the ongoing sinus issues for me, as well as joint aches, to be long term use of Truvia/Pure Via erythritol/stevia swetener. Don't know why. Dropping this has made a dramatic difference and I now only occasionally need a course of quercetin/ bromelain/ zinc/C/D when a virus attacks. So far a 2 year track record with this combination, no real cold symptoms - just occasionally a mild headache or a little under the weather for a day or two - then back to normal.Update 2: Turns out that the stevia plant is related to ragweed, the biggest cause of hay fever...

Mix with oil for optimum metabolics.
Quercetin isn't metabolised in water, it needs to be mixed with oil. All manufacturers of quercetin should say this. It's easy to use with measuring spoons, you don't need scales. This is the best quercetin I've ever used, I really love it.Great mast cell stabiliser, great anti-inflammatory, great for viruses.

Good value, pain to measure out.
Great value for money but a pain to measure out so I'd rather go for tablet form next time yo save the faff. Unless you have some crack dealers scales, it's complete guess work as to the right amount.Maybe they could pre mix it with zinc in tablet form for absorbusion.
