Well, I'm coming right out with it. I really, really, really like these Poly Voyager Free 20's earbuds!🤩👌🏽 I initially got a new pair from ebay for £43, which was a superb price, then during Black Friday 2025, Amazon had reduced the buds from £94 down to the ridiculously low price of £39!?!?! An absolute bargaintastic steal. They have since gone back up to £88...so, you snooze😴 you lose 😭 Delivery via amazon was up to the usual high standard, with everything arriving on time and well packaged 📦👍🏽 Prior to the Free 20's arrival, I was using the rather good Technics eah-az60's and Samsung Buds 2 Pro's. The Technics were showing their age, and the Buds2 Pro's were not providing decent anc. I also found the lack of true multipoint irritating, which is why I kept gravitating towards my older Technics.... Not wanting to keep switching between two pairs of buds, I was on the look out for something special but at a superb price....low and behold the Free 20's came my way! I personally stay away from the likes of Soundbore and tozo as I've had poor experiences with their products....cheap is not always better. From my usage of the Free 20's over the last couple of weeks, I personally rate them as a 5 star product. The fit is perfect out of the box, the build of the buds is great....some online reviews mention the case as being a weak spot but for me this is definitely NOT the case (excuse the pun). The case is built well with nice magnets to hold the buds in tightly, which is not the case with the buds 2 Pro case. The case also has a better build quality than the Technics eah-az60's case. So for me, the build, design and fit are spot on👌🏽 As for the sound, again, I'm very pleased. Regardless of the headphones or earbunds I use, I always EQ to get the type sound I love to enjoy, but even out of the box they were really good. Been using them with my shiny, new Fiio JM21 DAP with Poweramp, and with some EQing they sound lovely😍 Please note that you can't adjust volume via the buds...not a problem for me. Controlling the buds actions is done via buttons on both buds. Some online reviewers commented that buttons presses pushed the buds further into the ear!?! Not sure what they're on about as this has not happened to me at all. I can only assume that they are being heavy handed🥊 and / or they haven't got the insertion of the buds right🤔🤯 The buds also have a companion app for mobile and a version for desktops. When using the buds for the first time, there will be an update for the buds themselves and another for the case. The case update can only be done via the desktop version. All is slick, clean and simple to use. It all just works for me. In the box you get the usual paperwork, extra buds in different sizes and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable...so all very standard but its all nicely packaged 📦 Something you'd expect from a company like Poly / HP. So there you have it, fellow Amazonians, my little review for these rather splendid earbuds....in my subjective opinion. So for a 5-star earbud at an amazingly low price!👌🏽👍🏽🤩🥳🥳🥳 would I buy them at the current Amazon of £88? Yes, I certainly would as both my other earbuds cost more. It works well with Team meeting. Pause video when I take the ear buds out of my ear. Switch between phone and computer easily. Feel confortable.
