Spouts are difficult to use properly
The instructions on how to pour the detergent out and which spout to use are impossible to read. I'm using the smaller spout because when I tried to use the larger one, liquid detergent spilled over the sides and was a mess. I love the Ivory product, so I'll use this to refill my smaller easier to access bottles. But, I won't be purchasing this item again.

It is gentle for skin
My husband has extremely sensitive skin. The dermatologist suggested we use ivory snow for washing clothes. It has helped his skin immensely

Smell
Smells nothing like it use to!!! Doesn’t even smell like baby laundry soap…also does not clean well!!!

My clothes still bled
I do not have kids. I bought this to see if it was gentle enough to stop my clothes from bleeding. Woollite does not help with bleeding though I am sure it is more gentle than other detergents. This one made my clothes bleed as well. Would not recommend if you hope your clothes will not bleed.
