Q: Will the mega rolls fit on a regular dispenser?

Yes regarding girth, but they are now too narrow to fit on rolls properly since QN have switched to fake-4” (which is really about 3.9” x 3.82” dimension squares. Also too narrow for hands to stay clean, and too fuzzy for fingers to stay in one place. Why can’t they just keep it 4x4?

Yes you will received 18 rolls.

Q: What are the sheet dimensions?

Great question. I absolutely hate how they made the rolls narrower without disclosing that fact. They never mention roll widths, prefers g to talk about square feet, or package dimensions, to hide the fact that the rolls which used to be 4.5”, 4.25”, then 4” wide, are now only 3.75” wide (they say 3.82”). It borders on unsanitary and is very annoying.
