I also found them easy to swallow. I have not experienced any ill effects from taking them, and they do seem to keep my digestive system running smoothly.They are suitable for vegetarians but not vegans as they contain milk. There are no added sugars, sweeteners or preservatives. It also states that there are no added colours yet in the paragraph above this information it mentions that an ingredient in the product is considered a food dye. I found this somewhat contradictory.Apart from this, in my opinion, I consider this to be a good supplement.

I've been taking these for a few days and they seem to help with my gut health. I am always looking for high quality supplements and like that these are made in the UK. I'm not sure if they've helped with the other womens health items but I'm looking for gut health so I'm happy.
