Love my new laptop
I purchased this laptop because my old laptop of many years was slowing down. The laptop arrived within a couple of days. It was packaged securely and delivered without damaged. I unpacked the laptop, plugged it in and was walked through the initial setup without issue, quick and easy. I also opted for the business model laptop because another customer warned about the home model operating on S Mode which does not allow one to install programs/apps unless they are purchased from the Microsoft Store. I am very pleased with the laptop. It boots up fast and processes much faster than my old PC. This is my first Lenovo PC and so far it is performing well. I also installed Office 2024. It downloaded the program fast and without any problems. Great laptop, at a reasonable price.

Great Business PC
Quick boot up and runs Microsoft Suite very fluidly. I only use this computer for business, so I can't speak to a lot of the other specs, but everything works very well. I have not had it freeze or have any other issues to date. I am very impressed and would buy it again.

Rapid, Safe, well-packaged delivery, Excellent Condition
I'm an FT undergrad student, and when I purchased my Lenovo, I was in finals, so I needed to trust the hardware (product) and the seller!My package was delivered before schedule (I received updated delivery notifications) and in excellent condition. I did have to sign for the delivery, which added a level of reassurance (as a student, I do not have tons of disposable funds), so the thought of my package being left on my porch with the reality that not just during the holidays, but times are tough for many! Some resort to stealing packages left on people's porches. I did not want to experience that—not during finals!I'm so happy with my product—so far, so good! I would purchase from this seller again!

Very Disappointed!
What was supposed to be a new unit turned out to be, not only used, but defective. I wasted far too much time trying to get it to function. Thinking that I was just being stupid, I called in an IT exert and he confirmed that the unit was indeed defective. Looking for my money back.

Perfect for home office
The speed and storage are exactly what I need for a reliable wfh computer. The performance for it's size is remarkable and the battery life is far better than other top brands I've owned and/or used.
