So far so good
Please read the reviews. I had reservations if how it came in a plain white box., but others had Motorola box. Here we go!.It does comes unlock. It did operate under AT&T. I'm with Xfinity. I read where one of the reviews said do not input your sims card when they first ask. Just skip where it says that. When you can't go any further without submitting Sims card, THEN PUT IN PHONE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS SELF EXPLANATORY..I was worried after reading an Xfinity viewer took there's to the store. I hate going into store. They take forever.Screen quality is fine. 3rd moto of same.always have to adjust sound quality. I'm still manuevering learning again. It is easy to use, .Xfinity was doubling the price of the same phone. So the value of this phone was awesome. It did come with a plug 🔌 in charger, which I'm grateful 🥲 for I don't think none of these batteries hold up well. But the battery charges quickly .Another thing, I bought for 152.00. Why is it that it's at &142.00? It's in the 40's. But I still got a great deal

All went well with this order. Unlocked. Small issue still has at&t logo on boot.

Selling unpaid phones.
The device is marketed as being unlocked while in actuality the phone is not paid off from AT&T. AT&T blocked the device the seller sent from their network due to the device not being paid and now I have to waste my time to return the device.

Solid mid-range, quality refurbishment, GREAT battery life
IT IS UNLOCKED! When you first turn it on, it will seem like it is locked down to AT&T. It is not. Go through the initial setup and ignore when it tells you to insert your sim card. Then, put the sim card in AFTER the initial setup. The phone is delivered with a note explaining this. It will come with some AT&T software and you will see an AT&T splash screen every time you restart, but your sim card will work fine and you can disable/uninstall that software. I saw some reviews complaining about it supposedly not being unlocked, so it seemed important to addressThe phone arrived quickly and in good condition. No visible cracks, scratches, dents, anythingBattery is in good health, and easily lasts the entire day with moderate use. I only charged it to 80% and with about 5 hours of active use today with various tasks (watching videos/movies/tv, video calls, texting, reading, music, navigation, some light gaming, and a lot of downloading) it is sitting at 47%. The average person uses their phone for about 4.5-5 hours a day. That is 33% discharge for a full day's use. There are a couple overcharge protection features which I find quite cool as a tech nerd, but others may find annoying. They can both be easily turned off (but I would advice against that because they really do help preserve your battery's health. Just my two cents)Using the phone, it feels smooth and responsive. I never feel like I'm having to wait for something to load or register my input. It did shove a bit of bloatware on me (even beyond the AT&T stuff), but it was all easily uninstalled/disabled. The screen is very good looking. Great color depth, plenty bright, and it's not a dust/fingerprint magnet! The microphone and speakers are both decent. Nothing mind blowing, but it doesn't sound horrible. Same goes for the cameras. The plastic frame doesn't evoke the kind of "premium" feel that a metal one would, but this isn't a flagship phone and it seems durable. The buttons all feel sturdy and have good travel. I do quite like the pleather back! I've had zero connectivity issues with wi-fi, bluetooth, cell service/data, and NFC. I really like the stylus, even if it's just a simple capacitive one and not a fancy active stylus. It adds some good functionality and it's quite intuitive to use. I particularly enjoy the handwriting calculator, it is surprisingly versatile. Overall, this phone is a joy to use and a much appreciated upgrade from my old one. And a steal for the price!Plus it still has a headphone jack? In 2024? LOVEPros:- Snappy and responsive- GREAT battery life- Beautiful bright display- Built-in stylus- Headphone jack- Expandable storageCons:- Meh cameras- Only 3 years of security updates- No buttons on the stylus- IP52 rating means you have to be a bit more careful around water- Not super powerful, may not be suitable for heavy gamingIt's a very solid, affordable, mid-range phone, and I'm glad I bought it! But don't expect it to knock your socks off (except for the battery life, that's pretty crazy)

Unbelievable Deal!
Took a chance and bought 2 of them immediately upon seeing the price. Well I could return them so why not? One for me and one for my wife. His and Her phones 😀. Well? WOW WOW WOW. Look brand spanking new. With charge cable and charger. Both Phones worked with my Metro by T-Mobile Carrier. Had them for 3 months and it is now past the return date but I don't Care. I bought this at 144.99 each and it was the PICK of the year. You can disable the ATT APPS EASILY AND REMOVE THE REST OF THEM. I cannot praise this seller enough. I hit the Jackpot. Feels like I won the Phone lottery 2 times. 🥇🥇

The Most Underrated Phone of the decade! Esspcially for the price!
It's the most exciting phone I've used in a long time. It's properly feature packed thought it's running android 13. The stylus is much better than expected. The SD card slot is always extra points, the headphone jack as well. Excellent screen for the price.. Battery life is the best I've seen in a long time. Speakers are super loud, may even be too loud for my liking, but I'm sure there's an app to help fix that. There's even wireless charging. I bought it renewed and it practically came brand new. The Motorola sticker was still on the screen when I took it out the box. Camera seems pretty good (not much of a camera guy). This is the best phone I've seen that packs a lot of value for the price. This has me excited as when the Oneplus 1 and 2 came out. This phone a criminally underrated. Motorola hit this one out the park...It's a freaking home run, I kid you not. My last Moto phone was the Moto Droid, the sliding phone with a keyboard over 10 yrs ago. This phone absolutely blew me away. I purchased it as a cheap replacement but it's going to be my everyday phone now. It's that good of a budget phone.
