Covers all the bases
Not sure a multi is even needed if eating proper but these are definitely filling all the gaps. Gorilla is a well-known and trusted company putting out top quality supplements made with the best ingredients. May have noticed an increase in energy when used for 30 days but nothing major. Came safety sealed, no funny smells or after taste, and no ill effects.

Packed with great nutrients
Gorilla Mind Elite Multi-Vitamin is a daily multivitamin that is formulated for peak performance. The multivitamin contains the following ingredients:* Vitamin D3* Vitamin K2* Magnesium* Vitamin A* Vitamin B12* Folic Acid* Iron* Calcium* Zinc* Selenium* Copper* Manganese* MolybdenumI am an active individual, so I need a multivitamin that can keep up with my lifestyle and fitness goals. This multivitamin is the perfect multivitamin for me because it is both a performance and health supplement. The vitamins in this multivitamin are high quality and have high-impact absorption. The bottle comes with 180 capsules, so you have a three-month supply. The cost is well worth the price in my opinion.

Caution if sensitive to Vitamin K, contains high dose.
I really like this multi-vitamin. The only negative is the level of Vitamin K. You should only have about 25mcg Vitamin K per 1000IU Vitamin D in that ratio. Luckily, three capsules are a serving size, so you can take less if you are concerned in that regard. I take other supplements so I don't need the full 100% and above, that some of the vitamins and minerals contain.I really love the Thiamine and Riboflavin amounts. Too many times supplements give a ton of B6 and B12 and forget about 1 and 2. You can't get far without magnesium, thiamine, and riboflavin. That is actually the reason why I let the high amount of Vitamin K slide. You really should talk to your doctor if you have any circulatory issues before taking this. The capsules are large, but not too large. They are easy to swallow, do not taste, and have no smell. I don't like having to take so many pills, but I also understand it as it's a lot of nutrition to fit into a capsule.

Has cancer warnings
Was looking for a good multivitamin with no cancer warnings as this and gnc ones have them but I was under the impression these were good but I was wrong.

Good all-around multi in capsules
I tend to prefer tablets for multivitamins, but I do like the formula for these three-capsule multis. It is fairly basic, but you get meaningful amounts of everything without them overdoing anything. That is important to me, as I take a lot of supplements and like to break them up, some in the morning, some mid-day, some at night. I don't want too much of any one ingredient right up front. Some other things I like about this product is that you get two types of Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, the d-alpha form of Vitamin E, a basically full B-complex, and then magnesium, zinc, and copper in good but not massive amounts (see above, especially zinc is important to me in this regard), plus 50 mcg of lutein, which is nice. It's definitely a solid multi. It isn't cheap, but you do get 60 servings per bottle.

Three capsule power vitamins...or is it six?
I ran out of my Centrum vitamins recently and decided to try this variety out. Honestly, if I'd realized it was 3 capsules a day, I might not have gone with it, but I've moved some of my supplements to my evening dose and these aren't that difficult to take.I can't speak to long term efficacy, but I don't notice any side effects or downsides to these in place of a more traditional caplet or tablet. There are a few nutrients that are delivered well above the recommended daily allowance, so if you're taking other vitamin and mineral supplements, check how they compare. It's a fifty cent daily dose at current prices ($35 for a two month supply, a bit less with Subscribe and Save). I do have a couple of other vitamin varieties to try out, but I may come back and restock this one afterward, especially if it lets me drop a couple of my other daily supplements. As a quick update after a month and going through half the bottle... I usually re-read supplement dosage instructions when filling my weekly pill case, and I realized in the past week that this seems to be a 30 day supply rather than 60. The 'twice daily' part of "Take three (3) capsules twice daily" missed me the first few times.I plan to continue taking these at the 3-a-day rate until they run out. The only reason I'd take six a day multivitamins would be if they were custom formulated with my other supplements (as it is I'm taking about ten capsules or tablets a day, plus a couple of gummies at bedtime).
