Even on the lowest setting it is to hot burnt our stew even though we kept stirring it . Not impressed with it

It works very well but so far I have not been able to remove the bowl for proper cleaning!

These get hot very fast, cuts cooking time, I have used several times with Good results, nice looking also recommend

Works great so far! Bought this for a 2 week work trip and so far its cooked everything from rice to various cuts of meat and pasta. I will say I dont think this product will last for an extended period of time but for the price point I can't complain. The build quality seems sturdy enough between the handle to the pot. I will say be careful when cleaning, water could find its way between the shell and pot and seep down to the heating element. The included spatula is very nice and easy to clean. The non stick coating on the pot makes for super easy cleanup. I mainly used the number 1 heat setting and it was plenty to get water boiling and cook meat without smoking up a small hotel room. Overall im completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone traveling or in a small apartment.

This electric pot is so fast at boiling water, and heating items up so that you can cook something very quickly. For that reason, it is great at making rice, ramen, pasta, oatmeal, tea and hot cocoa. On one occasion, I was just warming up a sauce to pour over chicken and the sauce was ready before I was! I love sauteeing in this electric pot, and its non-stick surface. This pot is great for frying rice for two or in small portions. I love it. It was so much easier on me than using my woks (for large batches.) Since they indicated you could deep fry potatoes we did make french fries and onion rings using it. I wanted to send this pot to campus with my son but after reading all of the safety precautions I’m going to spend some time training him on it before he leaves. I like it so much that I may keep it! (wink, wink) I like the spatula and the lid. The spatula is a good one and the lid has good features. Cleaning up was a snap but I had to be very mindful of all of the safety rules. My husband loves to cook things fast and then he gets distracted and many things dry boil and damage our pans. More than cooking fast he likes to clean up fast, so I have no doubt it’ll become his new favorite pan. I have to hide my best and favorites from him. I feel comfortable letting him adopt this as his new favorite because it has the boil dry and overheating safety features. My concerns are that he is an inattentive cook and cleaner. This pot has the electrical connection on the bottom and that concerns me when cooking and cleaning the pot. If liquids splash/spill out they will run down toward the plug. I have another brand that has the cord on the handle and it is easier to keep fluids aways from it when cooking and cleaning. (See photo) This could be a big design error.

I absolutely love this electric hot pot! It’s super versatile — I’ve used it for soup, ramen, steamed veggies, and even fried rice.
