Great product. I had tried a different medicine cup replacement but it was not effective with my nebulizer BUT THIS ONE IS!This one is solid at the bottom and connects to my nebulizer smoothly and sits there, no leaning over, no falling off.It has an adjustment lever to adjust the mist flow! ( major importance for me).It dispenses the medicine quickly and quietly.

Kept having the small neb cups break if I dropped them and kept losing the little center piece requiring me to buy a whole new cup and plastic hose (that they didn’t sell in bulk). This fits the normal hose from the nebulizer to the cup. This is two sturdy plastic pieces and comes with the mouthpiece. The top adjusts to the amount of air flow you prefer. It was so easy to use, functional and comfortable to hold with the little handle on the side! Will buy again. I really think the price is affordable for the quality and I got 5 cups and mouth pieces. I hope to never go back to the flimsy breakable cups again!

I've bought and used several different nebulizer kits and most were OK but this one has them all beat hands down! It is sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean and functions better than any other units I've tried. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Product works good. Disposable after several uses. Inexpensive.

These worked great. They are super durable and fit any nebulizer tubes.

These came loose in a plastic bag, like they were picked out of a bin. I will not use them as a they are an unsterile item which is intended for nebulizer inhalation therapy, these are not safe, nor healthy. I threw them away, but honestly these should be taken off Amazon as a health hazard.

No matter where you buy these, I have never seen any come sterile. I work in hospital and use them daily. These work fine, and it is up to you to thrown them in some hot water or make them sterile..

I use my nebulizer multiple times a day, but my insurance (<sarc>thanks, Medicare D!</sarc> only covers one cup every three months. I'd spend half my time cleaning neb cups.I wasn't sure what to expect, but I don't like the cups with the long tube so I decided to try them.As someone said, they don't appear sterile when they arrive, so I did a vinegar soak. (1 part vinegar to 3 parts hot water. Soak for one hour.).I played with the variable vent top and easily found a position that was comfortable for me. I find that I actually like that feature. Too much air is why I don't like the tube neb cups.They're not the blue cups, but they work just as well.
