Nicely organized
This baby will keep you busy for a while if that's what you are looking for. I love how everything is easy to use. Looks nice, lots of muted tones. Not for younger kids, too complex. The floss quality is a little iffy, but not a deal breaker.

Great kit, glad I bought it.
Easy to follow instructions. I really appreciate that the color code is printed right on the project, so you don't have to keep referring back to a separate paper. The bright colors make it easy to see, too.

This is very pretty! I got it so my daughter can decorate her office. The child ate very pretty.

Good Quality - heavy and strong canvas
This has been fun to work on. The canvas is a nice thick and stiff medium to work with. it can be done without a hoop. It was challenging to get on the hoop because of how think it is. Some of the symbols are a bit hard to read. There is an instruction sheet with it that illustrates the types os stitches that can be used, but the canvas does not give you any indication of any stitches. There is no real way to know if it’s all just the standard cross stitch, half stitch or one of the other Types. Overall, I am quite pleased with the quality. I expected for the low price that it would feel cheap and sort of flimsy, but it is quite durable and nice to work with.

Easier to travel with than bigger pieces that require a sizeable frame
Typically I like kits without the color on the canvas but these starter kits are great for traveling or babysitting grandkids. No hoop or frame need because the canvas is still, color coding with floss numbers as well makes it easier to find your color. I like these beginner kits while traveling, babysitting, etc so you can put everything in a bag and go. I typically use a large wooden frame but it’s to much to travel with so I buy these types of kits for on the road.

Well worth doing
This turned out so beautiful. I highly recommend this one. I have done alot of cross stitch in 40 plus years, this is one of my favorites.
