Easy to assemble and works great. The only issue is the padding that your knees rest upon. This wears down quickly and you begin to feel the metal on your knees making it uncomfortable to use.

It was really easy to put together and came with all the tools to do so. It works really good! I have been using it randomly for a couple days and it has made my abs so sore. I was especially happy feeling my lower abs being sore because that area is always hardest for me to target. I am excited to see the progress of this machine that it does on my body. Look even my 16 and 12 year olds could hardly use this thing. I did manage to do a couple reps and yes the next day I felt the burn. But its so wobbly and takes up too much space even with being able to fold for us to have kept it. I don't want a machine aroind that is THIS difficult to use.
