I’m extremely happy with this vacuum. I previously had another one from Hoover and this Dream is so much better! The app is convenient and easy to use, it has different settings and cleaning options and the suction power is amazing! The vacuum works great on tile, hardwood floors and carpet. The mapping feature is very accurate, allowing the vacuum to easily and automatically clean every area of your home or selected areas. And I love the fact that it empties on its own! The mopping mode is also much better than on other robots and gets the job done. This little robot had mad my life so much easier and is a great value for the price!

Worth every penny!! I never thought I would actually like one of these robot vacuums but this machine is amazing. We named her Rosie after the Jetsons robot cleaner and Rosie does everything for us. The mop portion is more of a floor duster and we have tile that is textured so we have not had to use that very often, but it does function well. We have a higher nap carpet in the bedrooms and it even does a great job on those. I am actually surprised at how much time dust it picks up. You can choose from three different suction levels. The little dustbin inside is a good size compared to others I have seen but I would not be able to do more than about three rooms at a time before sending it to be emptied, just so I don't overload it. But it's so easy to send it to clean, I really don't mind that! The dust bag in the dock is a great size and I really don't have to clean it out but once a month or so. Also, maintenance cleaning on the unit is so so easy with the way the beater bar and other components come out, it only takes me about 10 minutes to clean off the hair (which it vacuums most of the hair up but some still wraps around the bar) and wipe out the dust. I love that it goes in a grid pattern and does leave lines in the carpet. Honestly, my on complaint is that it only does the perimeter of the room once, even when you set it for multiple passes. Otherwise, 100/10 get one right now!!! I will attach some photos and videos when I get the chance.

Update: Dreame support contacted me (outside amazon) and gave me a full refund for the malfunction of the product.At first the vacuum was great. The suction power is more than enough to clean my labrador hair. The problem is that after 3 weeks of usage, the auto empty functionality simply stop working. I contacted amazon suppurt, seller support, and deame support, no one gave me a solution. The response was that is proably a hardware issue and that I should return it. The problem is that I bought it with international shipping from argentina, and the shipping cost and tax that I have to pay to return ir are more expensive than the vaccum itself, so I will have to keep it and clean it after every use...

The suction is great, and the dust collection bin is better than I thought. I can go many days which I don't know how many I think it's close to a week without touching anything. We have a couple of golden retrievers and lots of dog hair and it handles it so well. I love the fact that the roller is a rubber that doesn't get tangled up with hair. My first experience with dreame was the d9 model. I had it for couple of years and the only reason I needed to upgrade is because of silly me had the robot scheduled to vacuum everyday at the same time while I was gone. Apparently the dog decided to have an accident and then the robot vacuum dragged it all through the house. I cleaned it the best that I could but you can imagine. So I was ready to upgrade so I don't have to empty the bin anymore. I tried another brand and didn't like it because it didn't map the house well and couldn't find the charging station. The d10 is awesome and I'm so glad I have it

I bought this for my parents & just set this thing up bc it was too hard for them. Advertising is misleading!! Theres NO water tank or auto refill and dump for water. Other reviews say having to take the pad off everytime you use it and have to clean and air dry it also having to refill the water is just as much work as mopping yourself. Mine doesn’t even have a pad! It’s just a vacuum despite saying mop. It clearly says 90 day vacuum & mop & it’s a lie. I had ecovac before & it has a big water tank water u change every Cpl months this Advertising is kinda misleading. Theres no water tank or auto refill and dump for water. Having to take the pad off everytime you use it and have to clean and air dry it also having to refill the water is just as much work as mopping yourself. doesn’t!!! I can’t even find a place to put water anywhere on this! Feels like a scam. It’s past the return date. Amazon please let me return. They sent me the wrong device. It doesn’t give mop as an option on the app & doesn’t list mop head as an option for this.

I've used this for a couple months now about 3 to 5 days a week. It's done an amazing job. Much better than my preview 12 year old one. The mop function actually works better than i anticipated. The app works very well for the most part. My only complaint with the app is the areas that you want to exclude from cleaning can only go so small. So like if i want it to avoid a tiny area (like my spring door stops) i can't. If the unit bin gets too full before it goes back to the base to empty it might get clogged and you'll have to manually empty it. But this was only a problem when I first got it because I clearly wasn't vacuuming my home enough. Overall great value for the money. Would purchase again.

Has great suction and mapping! However, for mopping, it barely puts out any water, even on highest setting so very disappointing for the mopping feature.However, a member specialist reached out to me and offered me 10% back on my purchase. Her customer service was great but my thoughts on the mop remain.
