Small but mighty
I purchased this to use as an auxiliary monitor on my PC. I have not used the touchscreen functions, but I did a little test and it worked well. The wide screen is ideal for monitoring, PC temperatures, loads and other system information.

Worthless after a few months - Touch isn't a real capability
Screen burn after a few months. Also, touch only works on the correct monitor if you make it the main display - which, as a 7 inch display, is not something you want to do. Waste of money unfortunately.

Works exactly as described
Bought this to use strictly for shortcuts that I access frequently. Running with an existing 3 monitor setup on windows. Initially had the issue another reviewer described about the touchscreen touches registering on another monitor. The fix was to make this screen the "Main Display" under widows display settings. Now I can double tap shortcuts to launch programs and files I use frequently. Great cheap little quality of life tool.

Could not get touchscreen to function properly.
Image quality was ok, though not the best on this price point 7.8" screen. I wanted to use the touchscreen functionality, though just could not get to work. When I touched the screen, would affect the primary monitor and have an hour of searching online, just gave up.

Doesn't work with M1 Macbook Pro.
Didn't work with my M1 Macbook pro. touchscreen not available and also display not adjustable or usable with the macbook pro m1.

Did not last long
Acquired Nov dead in April. Worked fine then the screen just started flickering to the point it was unseeable. When I look about there maybe the same device but sold under different labels. So be aware

First one received was defective, replacement mostly works
First unit had moving lines link the frequency was to low and I had no way to adjust anything. Second unit didn't have that issue but if you look really hard some pixels are distorted. But it isn't enough to bother me. I am using this as a 3rd screen to monitor my emails and stream music while I work.I don't use the touchscreen so can't comment on that. I did notice it uses generic drivers I would like to have seen a specific driver for the device.

Good but came with screen burn-in
It's a good monitor overall with good touch controls and vibrant colours, but there is some text burnt on the monitor that is visible when displaying gray colours.
