Keeps the sun from heating up my car
Sometimes better is good enough. This stuff was an absolute bear to put on my windows. But I needed something to block the sun so my car wasn’t so darn hot all the time. I got the 20% tint and it works well to block enough of the sunlight to keep the car from heating up during the summer. I only put it on the side windows and did not put it on the back window. That probably would have driven me insane trying to do the back window. Visibility is fine. I can still see out but it’s more difficult to see in, so it does offer some privacy. I’ll be honest—I’m not a perfectionist and I’m not a person who is really capable of doing something highly detailed. The installation that I did with this is not perfect, but it does function well. And I’m happy with that.

Honest review. HD2500 Silverado.
Tinting isn’t easy. Definitely not for beginners. You can apply heat and shrink it. I have the 5% on my truck all around. I’m a first time DIY nontinting tinter. Took me a couple tries and I tinted my headlights, taillights, and 3rd brake light first to build up my confidence. All in all on the money I spent, I still came out on top instead of paying what people were trying to charge me for my Truck. Lowest price I got quoted and not even for a full 360• was 350$. For windshield and tint removal +$500. 2025 2500HD Silverado. The quality is good, better than most, but idk how it would stack up against all those 300-700$ tint rolls but if you manage to do the work properly and patiently then you’ll be happy with it. Keeps the sun out, keeps my car cool, nobody can see me so the privacy is a privilege and luxury. Again, you need to know that this isn’t something you can just buy and expect for it to come out perfect on the first go. It can crease and wrinkle if handled improperly and it can get frustrating but if you get it done right it can look, function, fit, and come all together perfectly. It can look as good as my truck or better. 40” x 100’. Tinted my truck, my girls 2021 Charger, and my mothers 2020 Escalade ESV with that one roll. So imagine how much I saved and you know how much I spent. Imo? Worth it. Put in the work.

Window tint
I’ve tried several different tents on Amazon and I would say that out of all the ones that I’ve tried this is probably the best one I’ve used. For the money it’s a better price than most of the others and its quality is just as good. I buy the hundred foot rolls and I have very little waist so it lasts me quite a long time. It doesn’t wrinkle easily and installation is a breeze compared to some of the others are very thin out there.

Excellent tint film!
Works way better than I expected! I installed this 5% tint film on my car, and the results are amazing. The shade is perfect dark, clean, and gives the car a very sleek look. It also blocks a lot of heat and glare, which makes a huge difference during sunny days.

Check before installing.
The tint arrived as described. Box was in perfect shape. The tint is great and easy to use. I tinted all my windows in my 2001 Dodge Ram Quad Cab. Inside my shop it looked so badass. (GOOD) I pulled it outside and all the windows look milky/chalky. The tint I didn’t use also has that same milky look to it. I’m thinking it’s the glue the factory uses on the tint. I believe I got a defective box and the seller didn’t know. I want to contact seller but I haven’t been able to. If they reach out to me and replace my tint I will leave a revised review.

Affordable tint film, but tricky to install on glass
bought this window tint film because of the low price, which is great if you’re covering several windows or working on a budget. Unfortunately, the adhesive isn’t very strong, so it doesn’t stick perfectly to the glass. Even after carefully cleaning the surface, I still had issues with air bubbles and edges not sealing properly. The film feels a bit thin too, so it can crease or wrinkle easily if you need to adjust it while installing. On the plus side, it is lightweight and cuts easily, which makes it convenient for quick or temporary projects. But if you want a professional look or long-lasting result, you might want to spend a bit more for better quality film.

As a 1st time tinter the tint was nice to work with, I didn't do a perfect job as it's my 1st time but it's on a work truck so it'll do, big roll so had a fair bit left and for the price, just buy it

You get a ton of tint for $37. I got this to do my side by side and my truck driver and passenger windows. It did that and then some. I have enough left for a whole other side by side. Install was easy. I have a little experience from when I was younger, but I watched a refresher on youtube to make sure I didn't forget anything crucial. It was quick and painless and it turned out great. The tint is lighter than factory on both the side by side and truck, but both turned out well and look great. I actually prefer the light tint for the side windows. It doen make a difference in the mirrors at night and this was the perfect blend of tint and visibility. It makes a huge difference with low Alberta sun in the winter and makes the truck noticeably more comfortable.

The main thing to point out about this tint product from PAMAGOO is that it is the higher quality ceramic stuff. If you're older, this is not that cheap purple-ish looking tint from the 90s. It blocks almost all UV light, which offers great protection for the side glass on vehicles. That is what I wanted because I confirmed that my vehicle only has UV protection on the windshield. The tint comes in a square pizza style box about 14x14" in size, with the roll wedged between two triangular foam pieces. Once you remove the tape holding it together, it slides out repeatedly on you. The film is slippery. No tools are included, but the kits on Amazon are inexpensive and work fine. Sharp blades and a felt squeegee are key. After getting my window scraper, soap solution, felt squeegee, and cutting blade ready, I started the job. There are plenty of videos online that show how to install tint. Basically, you want to spray the glass inside and out, then apply the tint to the outside of the glass first so you can cut and shape it properly. The hardest part is getting those cuts right. Make sure to clean the inside glass really well with a wet scraper before transferring the tint. Once I did that and applied the film, it looked good. I used the top edge of the window as a guide for my blade and cut the tint from the inside while it was on the outside. That worked well and gave me a clean line. I tucked the extra down into the rubber trim and focused on making the top edge perfect since that is what you actually see. You need to press hard with the squeegee to remove all the water and get good adhesion. The film is durable, so as long as you use a proper felt squeegee you will be fine. Do not use rubber or plastic ones. I actually found the process enjoyable and pretty satisfying. The roll had more than enough film for a few mistakes, but I got a nice result on the first try with no waste. It looked like a professional job. I ended up taking it off because it turned out too dark for me, even though I chose the lightest option. I wanted a very light factory look to match the back windows, and this was darker than I expected. That was my fault for not knowing knowing what 5% would mean for darkness. It was the lowest option available to me for the review. This is a great project for anyone with simpler windows, patience, and attention to detail. If you have a garage and the weather is comfortable, it can actually be a fun job to do. I am giving it four stars because the film seems to be good quality, easy to work with, and there is lots left on the roll for practice or redo attempts. The packaging was solid too.

Not sure if it's because it's thin (it is) or if it was just an old roll that was fighting me to curl back up, but I tried this on a single car window and found it to be a nightmare. I actually really like the look of it, perfect tint level and colour, but I just gave up for now. I may try it on a house window and see. I'm not terribly experienced with this so perhaps a pro would have an easy job but I've used a couple other brands and it seemed to be not so bloody difficult. Will update my review if I get around to doing my patio doors or something.

I've done a fair bit of vinyl and tint installation over the years, the quality of this falls somewhere in between speciality install shop-grade rolls you'd buy and the smaller kits you'd pickup at an auto shop or big box store. Absolutely fine quality, doesn't have some of the fancy features of high end brands like release pockets but it is easy enough to install and it looks fine - I've got no doubts I could use it on a clients car and they wouldn't have any concerns. Does seem to be genuine nano-ceramic which is good quality tint, shouldn't have that weird discoloration some cheaper dyed tint has.
