It really does work way better than a scarf and having a warm neck is a real bonus in the middle of winter. I'm getting ready for walking in the colder months and this is ideal. It's easy to put on, even over my glasses as it's very stretchy and I can for really cold days pull the warmer up and over my nose, otherwise I fold it over.
