I used to dislike cleansing oils and preferred cleansing balms until I actually read and learned about them. I assumed only dry skinned people would like them because I always worried that they would leave an oily residue on the skin. But once I learned that they remove sebum as well as makeup and actually tried them, I have been sold ever since and I have a plethora of cleansing oils. This one washed off nicely after quickly removing my makeup. I absolutely loved rubbing it into my face, doing my eyes last as I use a tubing mascara and I have to delicately rub the tubes off the lashes. This oil did an excellent job and didn't even leave any mascara under my eyes. I always double cleans, no matter what, so I used my normal face wash after and my skin felt soft as well as nice and clean, no residue whatsoever. I love that with cleansing oils you don't have to worry about your moisture barrier or skin being stripped. I have used this brand before. It was an eye cream that I really liked and despite the name, I did not realize that it was a French brand. Maybe that is why the brand is a little pricy. I have definitely used bigger containers of cleansing oils that cost less. 5 ounces for the current price of $38 is a bit much, but it does really do a good job and I definitely recommend it.

Many formulas of cosmetics cannot be removed with just soap and water. Cleaning cloths are wasteful and the magic cloth leaves foundation behind. It cannot get into your pores. Cleansing oil is the answer. This lightweight formula works great to remove stubborn cosmetics. It is a good value and can be followed up with a facial cleanser. This will remove stubborn lipstick, eye liner and mascara. A great tool to use any time you need to take off the day.

I've been wanting to try oil pulling recently and this oil looked like a good option based on my limited research. The oil is very thin and easy to massage into the skin so a little goes a long way. It has no scent at all, which I appreciate. I did about a 2 minute massage with this oil, then washed my face as usual with my normal cleanser. My face felt very hydrated and smooth immediately afterward and still felt noticeably hydrated the following morning. So far I haven't had any breakouts or issues, but I'll update my review if anything changes. I really think my pores looked clearer after my bath too. I struggle with clogged pores and blackheads on my nose and chin and I'm hoping the oil pulling method will help. I really enjoyed using this oil and will be incorporating it into my nightly skincare routine. The price seems very reasonable and I will continue to use this brand as long as I don't experience any changes.

Decent price point for the quantity and quality. Bottle is well labeled with all ingredients easy to find. Pump works well and deposits the right amount for application.The actual formula felt nice and gentle on my skin. The scent is light, clean and fresh. It worked well on my skin and left me feeling clean, refreshed and moisturized.

This cleansing oil is great. It doesn't take much and it is effective at getting makeup and sunscreen off my face without having to rub or irritate my skin. I don't even feel like I need double-cleanse. This oil leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I hope to try more products from this brand.

This is a good quality product for times you need to remove make-up using an oily type cleaner. A side perk is that this cleaner is also fantastic for removing temporary tattoo freckles and similar products!One thing I notice is that this cleanser feels a bit heavy on my skin. That might be because I have combination skin, which includes oiliness & a tendency for enlarged pores. For that reason, I would not want to use this cleaner every day. However, for the times I have heavy make-up or have been out in grimy pollution this is perfect.

My SO appreciated that this came well-sealed so nothing leaked in shipment. It's unscented, which is what you want from something that you're likely using before bedtime. It's gentle and didn't irritate her sensitive skin, but completely removed her daily-wear makeup, including the long-wear lipstick she favors. It does leave a nice sheen behind, so a little goes a long way.

I love this oil cleanser. It is lightweight and removes all my makeup at once. It even removes waterproof mascara and leaves no makeup or residue behind. I love that it doesn't have a heavy scent, and it is gentle on the skin. I'm obsessed with the quality and the fact that it's made in France. It's high quality and amazing. One downside is that it says skin prep and I find that not to be true unless you're using it before applying makeup but it's to remove makeup so I think they can change that statement on the bottle.
