Q: Why the shipping rate is different between the description and the shipping rates and policies?

Hi, this is Bruce from ShowOffs. Please help me understand where you feel the discrepancy lies. Shipping for this product alone via USPS First Class mail is $3.39 USD. We use a flat rate of $.89 per package and apply a rate of $5.00/lb. When packaged, this will ship at around 8 ounces. That amounts to $.89 flat rate plus $2.50, or $3.39. If there is a discrepancy somewhere, please point it out and we will be happy to resolve the matter.

Q: if this is water proof how come it looks terrible after one shower? very dissapointed with the quality of this ink

We're sorry to hear that your experience with ProAiir Ink was unsatisfactory. Please note that with all makeup products, not just ProAiir, durability depends on many factors. Makeup does not adhere to oily skin as well as it does to normal to dry skin. Skin must be clear of oils and lotions prior to application or else it will remove more easily. Application technique will affect durability; multiple thin layers will last far longer than a single heavy layer. Food and drink consumption also affects durability of all makeup. What goes into the body seeps through pores in the skin and interacts with the makeup. For example, consumption of alcoholic beverages will neutralize the alcohol base of ProAiir makeup and others, leading to breakdown of the makeup.We strive to meet or exceed expectations of our customers. Q: Can I use it for a freehand tattoo or is it only usable with an airbrush? Thanks!

This paint will work great for a freehand brush on temporary tattoo or design since it is liquid. It also works wonderfully on fabrics. The fastest way to remove it or clean edges is to use denatured alcohol.

Q: how long does it last?

It is fairly durable though a lot of rubbing and rough friction might cause some wear, but this is an alcohol based skin ink and simple water will not remove it completely. Be very careful about using it around the eyes. Rubbing alcohol will break down the dye and will help with removal.A good airbrush would allow you to dye yourself fairly thoroughly and I use it for my orc costume with great effect.
