I'm one of those people who agonizes over a purchase like this, pours over youtube videos, review sites (from wirecutter to seriouseats to rtings), finally makes up my mind, then has buyer's remorse before I even buy it. So after a solid month of internet research and consulting with friends and coworkers, I finally took the plunge. And I couldn't be happier. Here are few things I knew I'd like and others I was worried about, all of which you'll see ended in complete satisfaction across the board.Knew I'd LikeCoffee quality: First and foremost, the coffee tastes absolutely incredible. Clean, sweet, rich, with no excess bitterness or acidity any more that the roast level and tasting notes intended. We usually use the batch brew, and occasionally I'll do a single serving of 3 cups, and both have been tremendouslLooks: This is thing is killer in my kitchen. Matches my black appliances perfectly and what a talking piece. Understated yet futuristic all at once.Removable reservoir: An absolute game changer. I don't know how I'd ever go back to having to haul a pitcher over and awkwardly pour in water when I can use my sink to fill it. No leaking whatsover. Like not even a drop.Wasn't sure but now I'm soldInterface: I had myself freaked out that all the settings would be cumbersome. Honestly, this thing is highly customizable but not at all complicated. From instant brew to completely manual, it's intuitive and simple.Screen size: It could be bigger, but I'm not complaining. It's more that sufficient. It's a coffee maker after all, not an OLED tv.Carafe: Amazing design. I don't have to strain my wrist to clean it, and the coffee stays really hot for an hour and warm for 2-3.Build quality: I don't mind the plastic at all. The pieces close securely and again, though plastic, it's solid for sure.Oh, and did I mention the coffee? It's really just the best coffee I've ever made. And that includes aeropress, manual pour over, the moccasmaster, and various breville units. Comparable in price to other high end machines, this thing outperforms and then some.

Very satisfied with this coffee machine. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was designed well and aesthetically it is absolutely a winner. The standout feature for me has to be how incredibly easy it is to use. Even on those groggy mornings, making the perfect cup ( or more) is a breeze.It tells you exactly how many scoops you need based on your desired brew strength and cup size – a game-changer for consistent and delicious results. The Guided Brew setting is very helpful, but even if you decide to take your own route, the customization options are amazing. Whether I'm craving a strong, bold brew or a milder cup, this machine delivers. It is very precise so I am looking forward to trying new settings.Even after brewing, my coffee stays at a good temperature, allowing me to enjoy multiple cups throughout the morning and even into the afternoon without having to reheat it.Overall, this coffee machine has completely elevated my coffee experience. It's intuitive, smart, and delivers consistently delicious, hot coffee that stays that way.

I’ve tried a few coffee machines, but this one is by far the best! It’s super easy to use, heats up quickly, and makes a rich, flavorful cup every time. The build quality feels solid, and I love that it’s not too noisy. Cleaning is a breeze, and the programmable settings make mornings so much easier. For years we have wanted to upgrade from our Cuisinart coffee maker and we've loved Fellow products in the past. We LOVE this instant coffee maker for a few reasons. First, it looks really sleek and fits much better on our kitchen countertop. Second, it is so intuitive and functional. The button functionality makes it easier than our Cuisinart macine to operate. We've started playing around with the guided brew settings, and they are also easy to follow and have lead to great coffee every time we brew it! And the kettle is also designed for functionality. With our old coffee maker we were constantly spilling and dripping during pours. Never again! The kettle gives a perfect pour every time and is incredibly easy to clean.This is a great coffee maker for anyone and worth every penny!

This is an amazing coffee maker! I’ve used this everyday for the past week and the programming and functions are great. It comes with the ability to pair to an app which then allows for easier programming on brew specifics and makes scheduling a brew incredibly easy. However, the app isn’t required! Everything can be changed easily on the dial settings on the brewer itself. The brew quality is just as good as a pour over and allows for a batch brew with pour over quality. I’ve worked for years as a barista and would say this is definitely the best at home brew system I’ve ever used. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and incredibly customizable. It even comes with several preset recipes based on the roast of coffee and tells you how many grams to use of each bean. I would recommend this to anyone— experienced barista or coffee amateur! Additionally, it looks very sleek and very cool :)
