These are quite dense. They are not too hard and will support you without squashing much. Hopefully you have come across these dense type and the softer type so you know which you want. They are just about soft enough to sit on - noticably softer than cork. If Wood is 10/10 and cork 8/10 and soft foam bricks are 4/10 and "packing foam" is 1/10 then these are 6/10.They look nice - and the photos are accurate for the colour of the purple (I hoped it was the more "royal purple" to match my mat - but that was a hope than an expectation!!). They do look very smart and quality. There is an imprinted pattern on the reverse side.

Love the purple colour - also have a blue set too. They're good, seem sturdy and haven't shown any marks of wear yet. Wish they were a couple of inches longer/wider though!

Didn't know how much I needed these. Although I do exercises with weights I've never been very flexible. So, thought I might try yoga for stretching.It's worth getting the 2 blocks. It makes floor exercises easier, eg. not having to reach for the floor when you can touch the blocks instead. Also, sitting on a firm block makes a cross-legged posture much easier. (because your knees are then higher than your hips and so not being forced upwards). For me, I have difficuly lying flat with my head down on the floor (e.g. corpse pose), so the block provides a firm support.I use the for press-ups, and reverse press ups. So, lots of uses, not just for yoga.

This is a really comfortable brick to work with. I use mine with Corgeous and that involves lying your sacrum on it! This is not therefore a body area that is usually balanced on a brick but for me anyway it works and works well. It's a well made block, soft to the touch, the 2 tone colour is very classy (by sheer chance it matches all my Corgeous tune up balls, Corgeous ball, yoga towel and strap) and I have mauve and grey and if I find I do need another one, I shall get the self same thing again. It's quality and I am very happy.

It is all my fault that I did not check the size. They are not a standard size blocks for Pilates and although they are good quality, I had to buy the correct size blocks for Pilates.

For the cheap price these are good value for money. I already had one block but I needed a second one. And couldn't find the exact mesure so opted to buy 2 of the same brand. I am using them to help me with the splits so I am letting my weight on them. They are comfty to grab and sturdy to hold weight. Plus the pink/grey colour is lovely!

It does what it needs to and I use it at Pilates.It is both light to carry and sturdy for the exercises I do.

Bloques de goma espuma, se utilizan para yoga o estiramientos. Son muy cómodos y blandos al ser de este material. Ligeros y fáciles de mover.

Habe diese Blöcke meiner Mutter zum Geburtstag geschenk. Sie hat sich sehr gefreut. Die Blöcke sind sehr stabil und haben eine tolle Farbe.
