Amazing 360 and Bright!
Can't say enough good things about this. Used several times already and it's just amazing. I used this as a backing up light if I get stuck on a trail and have to do a bit of back driving on one at night. I mount it near the back of my R51 Nissan Pathfinder. It swivels almost 360 degrees so I can also swivel it to face front and it lights the way while my headlights take care of the lower portion. The swiveling 360 degrees and up and down and and on and off all works from a remote control that is included. It works from a cigaret lighter and has a long cord. My SUV has a cigaret lighet port in the back so I lift up the back tailgate, plug it in, then rought the cord over my rear headlight and close the back up. No damage to the cord and it doesn't drain my battery after being plugged in all night which I like to do incase I need to turn in on during the night. I didn't think it would be as bright as shown on some videos but it really is.

Needs a return-to-home feature and more precise positioning
I have two different spots like this. I chose to use this one on my UTV and permanently mounted it to the roof (forget the built-in magnets) because it folds to protect the lens. I had to drill some holes in the plastic and cut off the lighter plug to mount it permanently, which I'm sure will void the warranty. Nonetheless, I am using this spot because it folds flatter than others. The light output is good. The precision of aiming is poor (the motor spools down instead of stopping. Obviously not a stepper motor). But my biggest complaint is that when you turn it off it does not automatically return to its home position like my other brand of spot like this does. That's bad. Mine is on my roof and I'm inside the cab. I am blind to where it's pointing when the light is off. I want it always to be pointing straight ahead when I first fire it up. Nope. Have to do it manually while the light it on while shutting it down, and because it doesn't use a stepper motor, getting it get to the home position isn't an exact science. I don't want to be fiddling with aiming or homing. Upgrade this thing to precise stepper motor actuation, and return it to home when you turn the light off. I'll bet you could also reduce its size using steppers. This thing isn't exactly compact

never left the driveway and it already stopped working
Received the product today, installed it on the truck around 4pm, tested and verified everything was working. went out at 830 pm the same night to see how bright it was and the left and right rotation pops and skips, sometimes it will rotate slightly then get stuck, but that's only if i give it some assistance by hand. Not sure if any of the similar knock off lights are worth buying, but I can tell you this one is not

Very Durable
I have had this for over a year now and it has been beat on and it's still perfectly fine, and the magnet is strong. Hasn't fell off over 100mph.

Good with a couple annoying issues
This for the 7 inch 60w (015b) model. 2 things were bummers for me with this. The biggest problem is the incremental turns the light does when you use the motor to point the light at the smallest increment it allows. It does not rotate just a tiny little bit from one stop to the next, it actually has to turn an excessive number of degrees with the shortest button press that makes it impossible to track something that's moving slowly because if you press the button one quick time the light will shoot past what you're trying to see. Another way of saying it is, using made up numbers, if you imagine you are trying to track something 100 yd away and you want to follow it along every step of the way, the light is only able to jump in 10 ft increments or so at the smallest amount. This means the subject is in the light, then it's in the dark, and you have to wait for it to move into the next area that the light jumps to before you press the button to avoid losing sight of it. Even then the light may jump past it and the thing you were looking at is in the dark until it walks into the light, or it disappears because it changed its direction and then you lost track of it. There is an annoying solution to this, you can overshoot what you are trying to see and then hold the button for a longer press down and time it right when you stop it and it will actually shine in those dead spots. But that requires good timing, if you mess it up, you have to intentionally overshoot it again, and do another long press and try to get the timing right on the stop the second time. This would not be as big deal a if it wasn't for the second problem, an overly focused beam. The pattern is very narrow at a far distance, it is definitely a very focused spotlight, too focused really. That is a really bad combination. I was originally going to return it but I decided for the price and brightness I can live with the problems, though they render the light substantially less useful than it would be if it turned in much shorter increments and had a bigger spread of light.

Head toward the light
Im really happy with this light. It's very brite but not too brite to smoke your eyes if you walk through it. The price was great, it shipped fast and the remote work awesome.NOTE... remote range will vary depending on battery power. Magnets are not meant to keep the light on your vehicle when driving fast. The unit is big and not meant to be aerodynamic.
