Excellent product
Excellent firm (with memory foam which gives) neck support and it works well in my recliner. Very comfortable to read or watch TV.

Stiff
Got this through the Vine. Got this for my neck problems and it is stiffer than I would like, but it helps stretch out the neck well. Love how they incorporated some softness into this pillow. Good size to fit all necks. A bit pricey overall, but good.

It does what it says it does.
Good pillow. You can't really sleep with this thing, unless you want to wake up in traction (assuming you're a side sleeper), but to just lay down on the carpet and stretch your neck out, absolutely. Works like a charm. Quality product.

WAY too big for most women
This thing is huge! It's definitely not the answer for my bad neck. Even though I'm a 5'1" woman, I can't understand how it would be usable by any woman.

Nearly instant relief and a serious gamechanger!
After a week of some major vehicle repairs that necessitated working on a concrete floor and leaning upward, I found myself with some serious pinched nerves in the base of my neck resulting in muscle weakness and tingling that kept me from working or even sleeping. This pillow arrived just in time as I was at my wits end and despite being skeptical, I gave it a try and WOW. After 10 mintues, I felt immense relaxation and less pressure on my neck and upper back and less numbness.Repeat use has only brought additional and longer lasting relief and where this pillow differs from other more aggressive traction devices is that it can also be used for traction during sleep and to help realign and support your neck and spine and leave you feeling incredibly refreshed the next day.This is a must buy!

The pillow is semi firm. Great neck support. Bought for my husband and going to order one for me.

Not comfortable
I bought this because I need support for neck. I have a herniated disk that they wont repair. But this is too firm and puts pressure on my neck.
