I really like this product due to the sea moss more than anything. I was unaware that sea moss contained so much minerals! Do the research and you will see the benefits of these ingredients! I am feeling better in just a general type of way. I will continue to order these!

When I saw this combines the 2, plus all sorts of other great minerals, I had to try it.I have taken these for over a month now and just 1 per day. I find no ill effects and while I can't say I notice any difference from when I took some of these things individually, it has cut down on the number of supplements I buy and take.
